[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — complaint: worst experience ever - no proper communication and support | |||
I have applied for the home loan from your company. I have submitted the required document for the home loan and it got approved but due to some survey report delay from the local mro office all the loans on this area went on hold and those people have taken around 3 months to release it. In meanwhile i have paid the amount asked by the executive and i was been informed that i need to pay an amount of 9000 per month before the original loan amount disbursed. I am paying that too every month from 4 months. I got a few calls asking for the survey documents, i have stated that i am waiting for it. When we got the survey papers and submitted them. The executive informed me after a couple of weeks that my loan is closed which was very shocking and upset. This is pure unprofessional negligence that has cost me very much. Since you have closed the loan you need to inform me up front which is not done till now. I did not get any acknowledgment too by email or message. Now the executive is telling me to keep the loan from scratch by giving all the documents again. (The strange part the executive was not aware of my loan cancellation and how to sort the situation still he is asking to wait?) I am very upset with kind of support. Please return all the documents which i have submitted earlier and also return all the amount which i have paid earlier. I have really wasted my time and effort.
