[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — ECS taken even after the Final Settlement | |||
Dear Customer care Team Good afternoon This is to inform with much regret that even after the final settlement the Fullerton India continuously keep mental harassment for us who I believe committed mistake of taking personal loan from it. Please for God's sake stop this nonsense once for all One of your colleague from khar branch named Sameer malhotra alias Afzal khan alias so on harassed me from January. first by threatening to inform my office and second time by actually informing my company which ends up me losing my job Now myself and my wife are under psychological treatment due to mental harassment by you people In past also many people came to my house at odd hours just to threaten us for the payment I lost double the amount for cheque bounce charges when I looked at bank statement I managed somehow to pay but now new issue has come up You people are still going for ECS even after the final settlement and that's ridiculous and makes me to initiate legal action against your organisation Please return all my money at the earliest failing to which will result in taking legal action Please do the needful and inform your team Please issue final settlement paper at the earliest and oblige.
