[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — extra emi taking and no response from customer care

I have burrowed rs 33348 from phone par loan app Given by fullerton india bank for 18 months Whose emi was 2491 But bank deducted 3101 rs instead of 2491 I tried a lot to contact customer care and logging loan account but neither i was able to login nor contacting customer care Are the bank is fraud Let me know the loan statement There app also not working as i used to log in the app shows error Also while chating to comp.
