Fullerton India Credit — Harassment and calls to contact list

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have taken loan from fullerton india credit company ltd through Mobikwik

I have been paying my all the EMI'S but due to sudden critical conditions I m not able to pay my EMI
And I have requested for time
But the recovery agents are harrassing and threatening me to pay.

They have also called my contacts list no.

Kindly help such a big and reputed company, recovery agents are crossing their limits and talking very unprofessionally and harrassing me to pay .
