Hi Sir/Madam, We took a loan of 70, 000 on March 21st, 2019. We paid every emi's without fail, but it shows inactive and outstanding status in cibil score which is causing a problem to take further loans. Could you kindly provide details on the above and close the loan. We have an emergency now but it's causing a problem. Please do check in high priority.
