[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — loan prepayment charges | |||||
Hi I have taken loan in above mentioned finance company now I want to close that loan because rate of interest is too high. I have taken loan 3, 15, 000 and I paid 6 months EMI but they are telling me to pay 3, 24, 000 because they are charging 7% on outstanding amount and GST. I requested them to reduce foreclosure charges but they are telling it's not possible and they didn't inform me before I have to pay 7% prepayment charges So I wanted to know prepayment charges as per RBI Was this information helpful? | |||||
