[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — my amount deducted two times in november 2019

Dear sir/madam, I am usha Rani got a personal loan and paying on monthly basis. I paid first due on October and I paid second due of
rs . 6693/- on November 4th 2019. On the same day fullerton deducted the same amount of rs.6693/- directly from the bank directly for the second time. I request you to refund the amount deducted second time for the same month. My loan no is : [protected]
