As per your statement (Further, we understand from our records that
Your emi for the month of april
2013 at the time of processing top up loan had been reversed. We have
attached the copy of ‘statement of account’ reflecting the same for your
reference.Incase you contest the same, request you to share complete bank
statement for the month of april 2013 to enable us investigate and assist
you further.). I have gone through your statement it show that the emi was paid to me
On 04 apr in cash where as no cash is received from you and as per my
Knowledge no emi are refunded in cash eighter cheque is issued or rtgs
Is made to my account. I don't know how emi will be refunded to me on
The same day on which day my emi is
Cleared.

Making false statement it seems that you are not going to refund this
Emi so i do not have any option to approach to consumer court to
Ettle down the dues.
