Fullerton India Credit — Not giving foreclosure even after timely payment and been over 40+ days

I submitted my foreclosure request over 40 days ago, and despite making timely payments, I have not yet received any updates on the status of my request. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact your team via email and complaint have gone unanswered, and I have not received any callbacks.

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have experienced so far. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and assistance in expediting the processing of my foreclosure.
