I had visited the branch personally with my wife and the kind of response that i got from the branch collection incharge CRMM BUSINESS Kuldeep Gupta was not less that a local money lender who has noting to say but this is the policy and you have been intimated through SMS.

I am fed up with these bullying SMSes. I don’t answer any calls.
I wasn’t even aware of this company until I started receiving these SMSes. I have never taken any personal loan in my life. I wonder what business you folks are running if you don’t verify contact details that someone has given you. I have also written an email to you, but you have ignored it.

I am repeating it. I don’t know who you folks are. I haven’t taken any loan from you. Stop pestering me. If this continues, I’d file a case.

    Request for Assistance and Compliance with RBI Guidelines

    Dear Customer Support,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you under distressing circumstances and with a deep concern regarding the recent treatment I've been subjected to by your collection team.

    In February of this year, I unfortunately became a victim of cyber fraud, resulting in a significant loss of funds. I want to reassure you that I promptly reported the incident and filed a complaint with the relevant authorities. Despite my best efforts to cope with the financial aftermath, I am currently facing an unprecedented and challenging situation.

    I want to commend your team for their previous understanding as, for the past months, I diligently made timely payments on my dues. However, my financial condition has taken a severe hit recently, and I find mysel[censored]nable to settle my pending credit card bills promptly.

    I am fully aware of the importance of meeting financial obligations and want to assure you that I am committed to repaying the outstanding amount. Unfortunately, the repeated calls from your collection team have not only added to my stress but have also crossed the line of legality.

    Regrettably, your collection team has been contacting me multiple times, even after explaining my situation. Moreover, they have taken it upon themselves to contact my friends and relatives, causing unwarranted distress to them as well. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also in direct violation of the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

    I must bring to your attention that some agents from your collection team have gone beyond professional conduct by sending threatening messages on WhatsApp, implying a visit to my home for debt collection. Such actions are not only unethical but are clear violations of the rules and regulations set by the RBI.

    While I am more than willing to work towards settling my outstanding dues, I am currently in no position to make an immediate payment. I kindly request that your collection team cease the multiple calls and harassment of not only myself but also my friends and family, as per the RBI guidelines.

    Moreover, I seek your assurance that no further threatening messages or visits to my residence will be attempted. I understand the seriousness of my financial commitments and assure you that I am actively working towards a solution.

    I kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time. I am ready to collaborate with your team to find an amicable resolution that aligns with both my financial capabilities and the applicable regulations.

          I have cleared all my pending dues but still in my CIBIL score it is showing pending, i have also received No Dues Certificate from FICCL. it is degrading my cibil score.

                I have been receiving SMS from AX-FICRCL which stating that to pay over due loan amount, that i never taken from Fullertonindia.

                To avoid any legal implications so here I'm registering Complaint also i dropped a complaint mail to [protected]@fullertonindia.com

                Kindly take necessary action to stop sending this SMS to my number.

                  The payment made from the bank account via chq. For the first got debited. Still ur company people kept calling the customer for saying not paid. And made the party to pay it again. Now the payment is made twice, which is more than a month and still the excess paid amount not reflect back to the customer accounts..

                    The Payments are been made through the bank account via cheques and the copies of the bank statement and chqs is been enclosed herewith, and still the call from the recovery cell and force the customer to make the payment for the 2nd time, for which still the clearence nor noc is provided

                    Secondly the amount made excess through Chq is still not received from the bank as they had promised that they will return within 7 days

                      I have closed my loan more than 2 1/2 months back. They promised me at the time of closing that the EMI won't be deducted henceforth. But, it got deducted. On complaining they said that it will be refunded within 8 days. But its been more than 2 months now. I have visited their Andheri branch too multiple times. wrote so many emails, called them almost regularly. They only have one answer to everything that is - We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your case has been handed over to the higher authority team. We will look into the matter and update you on or before so and so date. But that's it. There is no response from them after that. I'm literally begging them everyday to return my excess EMI. this is causing me mental harassment now. I need my money with 26.5% interest for the time that they have used it for. Kindly take some action or I'll have to approach the court now. The last case id provided to me on email is Case ID:14514162.

                        I am pavan dilip suke working fullerton India (15 sep 2021 to 02/03/2023) as fco at hingna branch (emp I'd 191927 ) my Last working day in company 02/03/2023 but till now my f&f settlement is pending hr saying your fcu investigation pending but all fcu investigation cleare with proof in front of respective bm sir and mail also send on 24/06/2023 but my f&f not cleare my current working bank ask me for reliving letter and 2 month salary on hold please clear my f&f as soon as possible...

                              i am tushar borikar (200324) writing this mail to inform you, I'm join Fullerton India Pvt Ltd hingna branch nagpur as gco on 05/07/2022 for some my personal issues i was resigned from Fullerton India pvt.ltd on 2nd February 2023, as per your policy after resignation i was done my 30 days of notice period on 3rd March 2023, after that branch manager said due to having some software issue your relieving process is delayed for fue months and that time i am agreed after understand your problem that you faced, but after you had resolved your software issues whenever branch manager said me to come office for my FCV verification i was camed 9 to 10 time, that is not issue. but now after my resignation its over than 5 months, and my FCV verification is also completed that i confirmed by branch manager vijay baghel sir and hes said my responsibility was done and next you ask for your reliving letter with hr. and hr not giving me properly recponce, that experience letter is most important for my current job, my two months salary is on hold from my current organisation and you aslo hold my one month salary, without any reason im facing lots of mentally and financially problem, that is my humble request to you please help me for release my relieving letter and my salary..
