Fullerton India Credit — Not giving noc asking to pay money again and again

Collection agent offered me, you will get 55% to waver for on your penalty charges if you paid on the same day (10 may 2022) and also you will get it noc within 15 days on your address. So i have done the payment at the same time only but till date, i didn't receive noc. One more issue, branch manager saying to me that i have to do payment again . Was this information helpful?
