[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit — Personal loan tenure increased

I have taken personal loan of Rs. 170000 from fullerton india in 2018 and the loan supposed to be complete in 2022, As I have lost my job I am paying monthly emi by manualy but 2 months ago customer representative called me for emi and when I asked for statement of account, in this SOA the loan tenure is upto 2025 and they have also increased loan tenure and principal without my consent..
