[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — staff misbehavior and miscommunication | |||
I had taken a personal loan dt 31.12.2018 where i signed blank documents, which i now realise that it was my biggest mistake. I was unaware of your terms and conditions, on 03.01.2019 i contacted your customer care where i came know the details of my loan. The rate of interest, emi, petiod all were beyond my reach, so i contacted personally to your staff member of yerwada br pune, where he said that you will have to continue this loan for atleast six months after that you will be able to close your a/c. He did not mention any types of charges etc etc. Now while closing my a/c they have charged me rs22000/- which i think is unjustice to me.
