My loan account number [protected], due to my negligence my EMI got bounced on 5th of August, got a call from customer care to make the payment through cheque and the same was done but surprisingly there was ECS deduction done on 17th August from my account and again on 19th the cheque which was given to the collection agent was produced in the bank and it got bounced and penalty was levied on my account. This was totally irresponsible on part of FICC, since there records were not updated.
Again in the month of November i missed the EMI, but in the month of December this was paid in two parts on 15th and 23rd december, but was shocked to find again my account was debited with full EMI on 23rd December. Now this fund was allocated for some other financial commitment. Now that cheques will get bounced and penalty will be levied, again no fault of mine.
When contacted with their representative it was informed this was because there system was not updated with the payment which was made by me.
Who fault is it ?
Do FICC bear the bounce penal charges now that is going to be levied on me? Was this information helpful? |
