[Resolved] Fullerton India — Harassment from Fullerton Recovery Agents

Hi i am loan account holder in Fullerton India A/c no [protected]. My Loan amount was sanctioned for Rs 36886. Document Attached for reference. I have paid the EMI(1920) for 18 months. At the time of Documentation your representative said me loan tenure would for 24 months and also your staff Mr.Manjunath from Lalbagh road branch Bangalore has taken Rs 4500/- to approve my loan application, Now when i checked with you Customer Care people for balance outstanding to close my Loan a/c they are telling me i have to Pay Rs 60000/- to clear my loan.This is disgusting, Why should i pay double the principle amount. Now your recovery agents are calling everyday, Spoiling my name in my Co with my friends if i not receive the call.If same repeats i would be taking this issue legally.As you people are harassing me.

I took personal loan from fullerton india and was continously paying the emi but due to some financial crisis. I have some outstanding emis and now the recovery agent Ashish Pandey @+[protected] are calling me and my family to defame us.
I am continously requesting the time i need for the settlement as currently i don't have enough money to repay the whole loan.
Since i am not intentional defaulter i am just asking for some time.
We are getting so much of mental harassment pls take some action against agent. He is continously msg me n hares me to pay the amount immediately and he told me I will go your home and hares your parents and recover the money.
