Fullerton India — Personal Loan account was not closed even after completion of loan tenure (Loan account no is [protected])

Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Personal Loan account was not closed even after completion of loan tenureI would like to bring this to your notice...My Name is Seshu Poonuri and my Loan account no is [protected], I took the personal loan in the year of 2010 Dec for 48 months, (recently i visited Hyderabad S. R Nagar branch for conformation of loan closing) then i came to know my loan tenure got changed to 51 months, after 48 months they informed me, without any proper communication / intimation loan tenure changed and asking me to pay extra 3 months emi 3516x3, i haven't get any phone call or even single email from Fullerton in this 48months, how ever i have paid 49th month emi also (emi debited for nov 2014 month through ECS)...but for Jan and Feb 2015 i don't want to pay the emi's, reg same i have visited Hyderabad S.R. Nagar branch nearly 10times and following up from nov 2014 ending onwards, i have raised complaints and given written letter also at branch, but no response till now and not even branch people are not giving any value to customers.
