sir, We approached Fullerton for PL, and executive approched us ( Mr Praveen), He has processed the application based on following confirmations 1. Loan amount 2.5 -3 Lakh 2. Rate of Interest 16% Diminishing Balance Rate 3. Process time -3 -4 days, for approval 4. After approval and signing the Loan agreement Disbursment within 48 hours. without any confirmation, or loan agreement signing they have disbursed the amount. we have received a personal sms from Mr. Praveen after disbursment of amount stating that Rate of Interest is 16 % flat. and he even has not confirmed the eligible amount/tenure/ROI/ EMI/ anything before disbursement. we have moved forward by signing application thinking Rate of interest is 16% Diminishing, . we reject the loan, and request you to cancel the Loan, and provide us details, to close the Loan Acccount. if you are not responding are not progressing immeidately for closure of this LOAN, we shall approach, consurmer rights for FRAUD and FALSE information provided by your company. and RM Vijay who is also not responding and speaking rude language with the customer. on request to close the Loan. we shall not pay any single rupee extra. we shall transfer the Disbursement to you immediately on proceeding with Loan closure letter.
