[Resolved]  Fullerton India — Threatening and abusive calls

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have never taken any loan from Fullerton but it appears that my father has taken some loan in past about which I have no information. Few days back I received calls from cell no. [protected] where the person from other side impersonated as Thane Police TI and talked regarding loan account to me even though I am not a party to transaction. This person also impersonated as TI and talked to my college faculty to get my contact details. But when I called back it was received by some female stating that the no. belongs to your 'esteemed' organisation. She then handed phone to some male who again threatened me that I will not get any job due to my father's default. Now, I am constantly receiving calls from High Court Advocate Ms. Sapna Mehta from cell no. [protected] in which she uses abusive and threatening words to me even though I am not any party to transaction. Advocate Ms. Sapna Mehta (who sits at 'Fort') also contacted my employer and told them that I need to contact her urgently as a legal notice has been issued against my father. I don't understand why she calls and threatens me if I am not a party to transaction. She also made comments regarding my home town, my father and used abusive words. Advocate Mr. Vishal Thakur from cell no. [protected] also called me regarding same. I am unable to understand why you guys are impersonating as Police officers or asking High Court Advocate Ms. Sapna Mehta or Advocate Mr. Vishal Thakur to contact and threaten me even though I am not a party to transaction. Kindly look into this on high priority and take necessary action.
