I have purchased 5 tickets and we have asked to the ticket counter for our child ticket he said that they can allow us to enter with our 4 year child and when we have go for the move guard has stop our child and said that his not allowed us and misbehaving with us.
Manager said go back to your home I will not allowed you to enter in my cinema I said this time is not possible to purchase new ticket for our 4 yr old son because all sets...

I forgot my item (goggles) at the theatre screen 2 while watching bhool bhulaiya 2 the show timing of 1:30 noon.
I want to get that back..please help...

In Gwalior dd mall fun cinema, we are forced to take food combo along with our tickets even if we aren't willing to eat it we are forced to take it or else nobody gets the ticket....

As per information recieved on 13 /05/2022 in [protected], till date the refund of rs2258/- has so far not been received. Kindly do the needful ASAP...

I visited the fun cinema citymall kota
The receptionist asked me to pay Rs 120 extra for snacks with ticket which I didn't want.
She said it is compulsory to buy snack with ticket and without it we can't buy ticket for movie...

Fun cinema mittal mall bathinda are charging higher movie ticker prices 280/290/300 for normal/executive/premium class. Previously they were charging around 150-200 depending on demand. But they are just robbing people. I’m attaching screenshots for movie ticket prices & also attaching Chandigarh fun cinema movie tickets prices for comparison....

Low picture quality(screen is so dark that it completely ruins your movie be it 3D or 2D and they don't even provide you with clean glasses mine[+my brother's+my uncle's) were scratched and had marks on it], Over to that there's no refund policy, that's the most ridiculous part of this coz they know that anyone wouldn't like to visit their cinemas after watching one or two movies here, so they just want to trick you into their cinemas and...

AC facility totally lost...

I would like to bring to your notice that ticket prices of the same movie at same time in bathinda city is double as compared to other places of fun cinemas. Please bring clarification from fun cinemas bathinda why they are looting the customers....

They keeps on increasing prices of ticket on good movies first the ticket of premium is 150 then increase to 180 then 200 then 220 and now they are demanding 240 rs for premium now how middle class people not able to watch movies on such high prices they keeps on increasing prices...

The worst thing ever happened in this cinema. Which made us to leave movie in between.
The cinema is strict in checking in entrance but they allowed on nashedi man who consumed ganja and all illegal things and was seating beside us
Because of him my parents got very disturbed
And also after complaining to manager they took no action at all

I hope this message is seen by the respective authorities of cinemabr...

Pathetic cinema, watched Kashmir Files, picture was lagging, getting stuck. Even after complaint service men were rude.
No food/ less options in cafeteria inside movie space, pathetic screen, four smelling theater, mosquitoes.
Overall, you guys should stop operating mall if you don't know how to do so....

I am at fun cinemas bathinda last night and want to have small popcorn and colddrink.but there is purely loot by not having small size popcorn and coldrink package they only have bigger ones;how m supposed to eat that large pack by my own .please resolve this issue bcos it is purely wastage of money n food and pure loot....

yesterday i.e[protected], I was watching a movie, at the time of interval, one employee of Fun Cinema ask me for food order, I had given order of large cheese pop corn worth Rs. 310, after eating of 1/4 Quantity of popcorn i found hair in bucket.
I am not understanding that if we are paying Rs.310 for Rs.50 raw material of popcorn, than also there is no hygiene, we are generally seeing this in fish market

To be very honest with you iam going to talk about fun cinema (bathinda ) which is in Mittal mall firstly the staff behaviour is very rude and unprofessional with us even there was one person who stand in front of enterence he looked at my wife with dirty look and my wife felt very uncomfortable even the food was overcharged also 90% of food variaties was not available and they served my food when the movie was about to finish they took 1...

I went to see Movie Antim on 26/11/21 at 6:00pm show in a theatre inside DD Mall Gwalior with my 5 other friends given seat nos B 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16. My ticket no was 099786.
My complaint regarding disallowing of my home made food iside the movie hall for a diebetic patient like me on the pretext of business model hindering right to have my food while watching movie.
Why you keep such ulterior motive to sell your own stalls...

Dear Cinepolis india i subhranshu bhattacharya have tried booked the 2 tickets on 19th November 2021 for movie Bunty aur Babli 2 time 1:00 PM afternoon show for seat booking number P11, 12 in Cinepolis Fun Cinemas, Fun Republic Mall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow(UP) from your Box Office counter through QR code scan but the amount has been debited from my
account but tickets has not booked. Can you please revert back the money.Please help...

Today 10 November i went to watch Eternals at Fun Cinemas Mittal Mall Bathinda at the ticket counter they enforced me to buy the combo which i didn't needed or wanted i asked is it compulsory to buy the combo with ticket they said yes and i had to buy it for the movie i need Refund otherwise i will take further actions....
