Review for Fun Cinemas here at Mittal Mall, Bathinda.
I have recently had some unpleasant experiences. The seats in the venue were extremely dirty, and head cushions are completely gone. At times, the air conditioning did not work properly, causing discomfort and a suffocating atmosphere. It is crucial that the hygiene standards at this place are significantly improved and consistently maintained at the highest level.

Instead of viewing this as mere criticism, it should be seen as an opportunity for improvement. This venue has the potential to be the best place to watch movies in the entire city and neighbouring regions. I would love to visit here on a regular basis, whether it be weekly or monthly, without any concerns about my health and overall experience.

i recent went to watch movie with my family, during interval i went to buy nachos where the guy at the counter said that you cannot get nachos separately and that has to be bought along with coke combo. i don't drink coke due to heavy sugar load, but there is no way you can buy nachos with coke. i don't mind the multiplex selling combo for those who prefer coke, but why to force that to someone who doesn't prefer. please do the needful.

We booked 6 ticket to fun cinmea kota for fast x movie 8.05 pm Friday may 2023 from their window. They provided same ticket to 6 other people . We went with family and asked us to move to other seat which not comfortable to us . And also wasted our half and our of the movie and just said sorry please do some thing

Water cooler was not there and when I asked they said that I have to purchase the mineral water bottle only and during the movie AC was not working and too much suffocation was there.

Fun Cinemas at Mittal Mall Bathinda are forcing customers to buy a compulsory food combo with movie tickets.

Recently I watched Kantara movie in Screen-1, Fun cinemas located at Sigma Mall, Bengaluru. Following is my worst experience.
1.) No signage boards, directing the Cinema Hall from Basement. Had to get down at all the floor from lift to find Fun cinemas.
2.) Seat covers were dirty, literally we could see the grease of dirt on the floormat and seat. This shown the Theater has never been cleaned as per standards.
3.) Foul smell in the theater, we had to bear it throughout the show. It smelled like yeast. Which indicated the poor hygiene this shall affect the health of your customers.
4.) The floor mat was worn and torn.
5.) Identifying the selected seat was difficult since the Alphabet series and Numerical seat number were missing.

I booked 4 seats normal 15-18 in the show 11.30 in screen 2 on Sunday for the movie Bhrahmastr. But the seats were not available in the theatre so I left the hall without enjoying movie. Please refund my sum of money.

I went to watch "Vikrant Rona" for 10:10 am show. I reached the ticket counter and said give me one ticket for this show. Ticket price was only 170 Rupees but the staff adding an extra food combo and the total price for the ticket is now comes to 290 Rupees. I said, remove this extra food combo from the ticket but the staff didn't do that and suggested me to book online. It is only 2 minutes to show so that I was unable to book it online. I felt inconvenience and didn't book the ticket from the ticket counter and come home with disappointment.

My bank has advised a payment has been taken for £51.70. I believe I made a paymnet for £39 for Tommy Barbados body splash. I did not receive an email after payment. I have not received item.

I went to book the ticket of show 4:30, I was in infront of line told her to book 2 ticket in back row because 5 seats were available at that time ...then she agreed to do so ...soon after some boys came nd told to book 4 ticket in back row then she just cancelled my ticket nd told me to book my ticket in front row ...I told her I don't want to..the. She just ignored it nd book that boys ticket nd when I told her that I will complain about you ...she said do whatever you want to do then she gave threat to me that come meet me after the show then I will show you what will happen.

I have purchased 5 tickets and we have asked to the ticket counter for our child ticket he said that they can allow us to enter with our 4 year child and when we have go for the move guard has stop our child and said that his not allowed us and misbehaving with us.
Manager said go back to your home I will not allowed you to enter in my cinema I said this time is not possible to purchase new ticket for our 4 yr old son because all sets has been booked which is near to my sit how can 4yr old son sit with out us or how can any family members has sit alone this your fault why your staff has told me abou my son ticket eligibility we have visited @ 10:35pm for the move how can we collect one more ticket from the window..

This kind of attitude from your illiterate gurdas n manager is not acceptable..
Manager has said that you can sale your tickets to any five persons we are not allowed you with the kid..

Is acceptable I sale your tickets to other?

I request you to pls haired educated and samrt people for your brand..

I forgot my item (goggles) at the theatre screen 2 while watching bhool bhulaiya 2 the show timing of 1:30 noon.
I want to get that back..please help

In Gwalior dd mall fun cinema, we are forced to take food combo along with our tickets even if we aren't willing to eat it we are forced to take it or else nobody gets the ticket.

As per information recieved on 13 /05/2022 in [protected], till date the refund of rs2258/- has so far not been received. Kindly do the needful ASAP

I visited the fun cinema citymall kota
The receptionist asked me to pay Rs 120 extra for snacks with ticket which I didn't want.
She said it is compulsory to buy snack with ticket and without it we can't buy ticket for movie

Fun cinema mittal mall bathinda are charging higher movie ticker prices 280/290/300 for normal/executive/premium class. Previously they were charging around 150-200 depending on demand. But they are just robbing people. I’m attaching screenshots for movie ticket prices & also attaching Chandigarh fun cinema movie tickets prices for comparison.

Low picture quality(screen is so dark that it completely ruins your movie be it 3D or 2D and they don't even provide you with clean glasses mine[+my brother's+my uncle's) were scratched and had marks on it], Over to that there's no refund policy, that's the most ridiculous part of this coz they know that anyone wouldn't like to visit their cinemas after watching one or two movies here, so they just want to trick you into their cinemas and the thing that I am most furious about is that they completely ruined my movie experience because of everything that I have mentioned above+the untidy place with popcorns lying on your seat and God knows what other rubbish lying here and there. Utterly disappointed with the authorities and employees.
