Dear Sir/Mam,
Someone has stolen my mobile phone inside the premises of Sathyam cinemas, Royapettah, Chennai while I was watching KGF show at 10:10pm in serene screen on 22/04/2022.There is no proper response the management team headed by acting manager Mr.Nithish as they are refusing to show the CCTV footage to me.I have lodged a complaint in D2 police station for the same.Kindly help reclaim my phone in this regard by allowing me to view the CCTV footage to nab the thief.I am attaching the police complaint here

    Ordered a snack at spi palazo forum mall chennai dated on saturday 7 sep 2019. The order got cancelled from kiosk and the money got deducted from my account. When i approached the support they took 3 solid weeks to respond me. The support was not quick and responsive. The amount rs 270 is to be refunded. Finally they said it is not their fault.
    I'm dissatisfied with the service and will never be a customer to spi and pvr. Will not recommend this nasty movie service to anyone.

      The most famous spi cinemas group holds its food and beverages price at a very high level. The market price of the product is different and the selling product will be more so as to get profit. But the spi group sets prices of food which are higher than the ticket rate. For example, price of a 50 rupee popcorn can be sold for a maximum price of 100. Even 150 rupees is acceptable since they have to provide good service. But the price range goes to 300 rupees which is not at all a good move. The company is making a huge mistake just for profit. Middle class people in no way can dream about food in theatres. Please do something about this as soon as possible.

        According to indian govt guidelines water and colddrinks should besold on actual mrp not increased mrp but todaay while i 2as satyam cineplex, nehru place, new delhi i dared to buy a bottle of water and a colddrink and it cost me 35 rs for 500ml of kinley and 75rs for a diet coke. It should not persist no more. I need a strict action on them. Is there no stopping on these corporate giants and these food and multiplex chains. Despite the fact the government clearly stated that these practise on airports, restaurant and all are illegal are supposed to penalised for these but still they are continuing it. Either they are too brave or connected to continue these things or the rule made by govt is weak. I need justice for it

            Satyam CIneplexe in Nehru Place is not only overpriced in general but they use various inexplicable means to extract as much money as possible from the audience. For instance for each 3D glass they charge INR 30. And they are not even disposable ones. They take back the glasses after the show but keep the money. Other multiplexes, even after having lower ticket price, delivers 3D glasses without any extra charge. This is totally unacceptable and I think I am never going to visit this chain again.

            Satyam Cineplexes — rates

            In aurangabad satyam cineplex has increase rates of sky box. Its rates have become 470rs.I hope that sky box rates 370 rs for 2D and for 3D 380 rs.pls reduce it. Your sincere Zubin chatterji
