They keeps on increasing prices of ticket on good movies first the ticket of premium is 150 then increase to 180 then 200 then 220 and now they are demanding 240 rs for premium now how middle class people not able to watch movies on such high prices they keeps on increasing prices

    The worst thing ever happened in this cinema. Which made us to leave movie in between.
    The cinema is strict in checking in entrance but they allowed on nashedi man who consumed ganja and all illegal things and was seating beside us
    Because of him my parents got very disturbed
    And also after complaining to manager they took no action at all

    I hope this message is seen by the respective authorities of cinema
    And should strictly forbid alcoholic persons

      Pathetic cinema, watched Kashmir Files, picture was lagging, getting stuck. Even after complaint service men were rude.
      No food/ less options in cafeteria inside movie space, pathetic screen, four smelling theater, mosquitoes.
      Overall, you guys should stop operating mall if you don't know how to do so.

        I am at fun cinemas bathinda last night and want to have small popcorn and colddrink.but there is purely loot by not having small size popcorn and coldrink package they only have bigger ones;how m supposed to eat that large pack by my own .please resolve this issue bcos it is purely wastage of money n food and pure loot.

          yesterday i.e[protected], I was watching a movie, at the time of interval, one employee of Fun Cinema ask me for food order, I had given order of large cheese pop corn worth Rs. 310, after eating of 1/4 Quantity of popcorn i found hair in bucket.
          I am not understanding that if we are paying Rs.310 for Rs.50 raw material of popcorn, than also there is no hygiene, we are generally seeing this in fish market

            To be very honest with you iam going to talk about fun cinema (bathinda ) which is in Mittal mall firstly the staff behaviour is very rude and unprofessional with us even there was one person who stand in front of enterence he looked at my wife with dirty look and my wife felt very uncomfortable even the food was overcharged also 90% of food variaties was not available and they served my food when the movie was about to finish they took 1 hour for my food to served, fun cinemas what are u doing this is very unprofessional .you have to take action and make your staaf responsible otherwise I will make proper YouTube video on the anti social behaviour of your staaf members and even your overall bad service . I hope you will thik upon it and take action soon .

              I went to see Movie Antim on 26/11/21 at 6:00pm show in a theatre inside DD Mall Gwalior with my 5 other friends given seat nos B 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16. My ticket no was 099786.
              My complaint regarding disallowing of my home made food iside the movie hall for a diebetic patient like me on the pretext of business model hindering right to have my food while watching movie.
              Why you keep such ulterior motive to sell your own stalls food items on extortionist rates banning home made healthy food.
              This kind of business model directly infringing my basic rights and such practice must be stopped as it hurt me badly and demotivated to watch any future movie in your theatres and will seek legal advice against your extortionist policy of such unthical business model.

                  Today 10 November i went to watch Eternals at Fun Cinemas Mittal Mall Bathinda at the ticket counter they enforced me to buy the combo which i didn't needed or wanted i asked is it compulsory to buy the combo with ticket they said yes and i had to buy it for the movie i need Refund otherwise i will take further actions.

                    Yesterday 20/9/21 me and my wife come to see movie on fun mall at coimbatore, for evening 6.50 show. I thing we are the last one to buy the ticket at 7 to 7.10,
                    I has for 60.12 rupees ticket but he told that there is no 60 rupees ticket are available only 152 rupees ticket is there. Then i'm told ok give that no problem and I give money 304 rupees for 2 tickets.
                    He told me to select to set, we did it on A6, A8.
                    Then he told that ticket will come in sms in 5min now you can go in side,
                    He come to entrance send me in side to screen.
                    There is no ticket sms come to me till now and one more, after we come in side the screen after 10 min another person come like has and he set on 60 rupees line and he also not get sms for his ticket.
                    Then only I realized that they are send inside with out billing ticket.

                      I have gone for watching movie in fun cinema gwl in dd mall. I have taken some eatables with me but on the gate they have not allowed for food according to cinema act 1955 customer can take eatables with him or her into multiplex. Kindly take proper action against them. They r not allowing for taking foods bcoz they are taking high price for their food which is illegal. How can multiplex break the rules. Kindly take further action against them.

                        आज DD MALL फन सिनेमा में मैनेजर सौरभ और उनके स्टाफ अभिषेक के द्वारा मेरी फैमिली के साथ बहुत बुरा बर्ताव किया गया, और हमारी फ़ैमिली को दबंग 3 आज शाम को 7 बजकर 15 मिनिट पर शो टिकिट होने के बाद भी नही देखने नही दिया गया, अभिषेक के द्वारा हमे धक्का मुक्की भी की गई, गाली गलौच भी दी गई, यदि आपको कोई रुल्स फॉलो करना हैं सभी के साथ करो, सिर्फ मेरे साथ ऐसा बर्ताव क्यों किया गया, क्या मैं अपनी 4साल की बेटी के लिए अलग से टिकिट भी नही खरीद सकता था, जो यह सभी लोग इतनी बदतमीजी दिखा रहे थे, मेरे पास कुछ VOICE रिकॉर्ड और VIDEO रिकॉर्ड भी हैं, मेरा टिकिट का रिफण्ड भी नही दिया हैं, मेरी वाइफ को भी बहुत बुरा बोला, में इन सबकी FIR भी रिकॉर्डिंग के आधार पर करूंगा, FUN सिनेमा पर भी लीगल करवाई करूँगा, सर आप हमको यह जरूर बताने की कृपा कर में आप पर कार्रवाई क्यों न करूं

                          I visited fun cinema 6 December, parked in your parking, when returned i found one person standing there with bottle filled by petrol, my bikes petrol pipe pulled out, if you see CCTV recoding you find theft happed in parking, it's very serious offence

                            I have booked 2 tickets through cinepolis app for batla house movie on 24 Aug 2019 at audi 4 at 4.10. the 2nd half of the movie was not played due to technical problem. The manager of cinemas promised us to refund the amount.
                            He said it will credit back to your account within 7 days. But I have not received any fund yet.

                            People who purchased tickets in cash got their money on the same day.
                            Even the people who booked through BookMyShow got their refund.
                            I went to cinema again and talked to staff members but they did not refund the money.

                            Transaction Id for booking of the show is
                            IGAGVZEFH2.
                            Amount is Rs 390.

                            I want my money back at the earliest.
                            In future I assure not to book tickets through cinepolis and also advise other people about this incident.

Today i saw movie in fun cinema. 26/8/2019 this is now 3 time.in every audi-1-2-3 thier is foul urine smell, nd staff or manager is like we checkbit but they didn’t send anyone to solve. Second time again i compaint but some staff member come and said i will spary it but full movie over no one come nd check or solve it. Nd thiers seats are like very cheap now so noisy and breaked nd they didn’t do anything nd no one staff member will help u or say we will chnge or watever. They are like soo us nd do nothing.                                 Today i went to watch the movie the lion king (9 a. M. Show) on 12 september 2019 in dd mall fun cinema gwalior, madhya pradesh.
                                I bought 6 tickets and the ticket counter personnel added two combo with the ticket. I said i didn't want the combo but they said it is with the tickets. Then i asked is it compulsory, they said yes, and i had to pay for the combo with the tickets.
                                And the combos which were enforced upon me were of poor quality the coke tasted like a solution with 90% water and 10 % coke and the samosas were all cold and tasteless.
                                I hope this complaint reaches to the right ears and some action is done regarding it, as this incident clearly depicts that customer satisfaction is no priority of fun cinema, the only thing which is prioritized is profit no matter how.
                                I personally request to cinema manager2 but he also force to me buy food combo. I refused this.. But still he added me this combo... And he told me i can not cancel this jo krna h kar lo jise complain karna h kar do.. He missbehave with me.. I[censored] not taking action these matter then i will go to consumer form...

                                  At the ticket counter imaginary amount of money price was charged. For gold its just 100 rs as per online prices per seat but the ticket provider at ticket window demanded 350 per seat for the same seat.
                                  And some highly unacceptable things happening by the lower and higher staff of fun cinema as in the helping staffs and the manager who's name is mr vimal (Senior manager). The staff on the lift heading upwards fun cinema hall no.1,...

                                    Today i went to watch the movie kabir singh (11:40 a. M. Show) on 27 june 2019 in dd mall fun cinema gwalior, madhya pradesh.
                                    I bought three tickets and the ticket counter personnel added one combo with the ticket. I said i didn't want the combo but they said it is with the tickets. Then i asked is it compulsory, they said yes, and i had to pay for the combo with the tickets.
                                    And the combos which were enforced upon me were of poor quality the coke tasted like a solution with 90% water and 10 % coke and the samosas were all cold and tasteless.
                                    I hope this complaint reaches to the right ears and some action is done regarding it, as this incident clearly depicts that customer satisfaction is no priority of fun cinema, the only thing which is prioritized is profit no matter how.

                                    We saw Article 15 in Fun Cinemas, Shilpi Square at Bharuch. To our surprise we realised that movie has been edited and at least two songs were not shown. The songs are available on every media platform but not shown in the theater. This is disappointing.
