I went to watch the movie men in black international (11:40 a. M. Show) on 22 june 2019 in city mall fun cinema kota (A-47, jhalawar road, indraprastha industrial area, kota, rajasthan 324005).
I bought three tickets and the ticket counter personnel added three combos with the ticket. I said i didn't want the combos but they said it is with the tickets. Then i asked is it compulsory, they said no, but still they cannot remove it. So due to the long queue i wasn't able to argue further and i had to pay for the combos with the tickets.
And the combos which were enforced upon me were of poor quality the coke tasted like a solution with 90% water and 10 % coke and the samosas were all cold and tasteless.
I have always loved fun cinema and being a movie buff i had the frequent visits to the cinema but after this incident i am really dissatisfied.
I hope this complaint reaches to the right ears and some action is done regarding it, as this incident clearly depicts that customer satisfaction is no priority of fun cinema, the only thing which is prioritized is profit no matter how.

    I had gone along with my family to watch Bharat at your Fun Cinema outlet(Lakhimpur Kheri) . The experience was pathetic as the A/C was not working. Even after contineously complaing at the ticket centre during the movie as was as in the interval the problem was not resolved . This happend for the second time. Before this I had gone to watch Muklawa at the same place and then also this was the issue . I had booked 10 ticekts through paytm, we expect a good service for the money spent, which we were not rendered. Kindly provide refund for the same .

      Fun cinemas, manimajra - i went for godzilla2 today and bought 1 large popcorn during interval. Its cost was 210
      But the person charged 240 from my card.in hurry i didn't checked the amount during making transaction. I noticed it afterwards after returning home. This seems to be new way of looting people at such times.
      Please assist and lodge this complaint.

        I booked tickets for 2:25 p. M. Show on 1st june'19 for alladin. Temperature of audi 2 was very low and it wasn't cooling at all. I guess the standard of quality & customer statisfaction has gone too low of fun cinemas. I complaint about the issue to mr. Ajay (Manager) several times but issue wasn't resolved. Fun cinemas screwed my time & money both.

          Just had gone to watch pokémon detective at kstar mall chembur fun cinemas. Movie time 1750 hence before movie had ordered nachos combo. The guy who had taken my order was akshay payment invoice no was 40112. Hence after the payment was done akshay was fighting with his colleague and left the counter. For ten minutes i waited as i had the bill in my hand i informed the other staff. Hence akshay was called and he denied he had taken the order i had to show him the bill with his name on it to get the order. Akshay showed a very bad customer service and didnt even apologize for his mistake i feel he was in a hurry to go for his break.

            Around 10 to 12 people were watching avengers endgame on 8th of may show timing of 9.45pm in fun cinema dd mall gwalior.

            Suddenly near to the climax movie stopped and ac system was also stopped. On complaining to the attenders they told that we have to wait for 10 minutes. Their 10 minutes.

            They provided very bad services as per they charge for the money.

              Hi, i watched avengers at this horrible cinema in central mumbai on 2nd may in the most prominent mall - kstar mall, chembur. The cinema people refused to turn on the ac well into 45 mins of the movie. They simply said that it was on and i should go back to my seat. It was pathetic, i bought two premium seats for my daughter, we were sweating for this movie. I had to leave the hall 5 times.
              The bathroom was being cleaned at 12.30 in the afternoon, the lady at the bathroom refused to let us go as she was cleaning. What is going on? You people dont want to run a cinema hall, then dont run it. Stop taking money from hard-working people. I was treating my daugther after her exam, this is # behavior, are you guys trying to kill cinema goers in theater by not switching on the ac?

                Today on 20/4/2019.in theatre hall no. 4 i saw a movie that's kalank before starting of movie add displayed. At 12.00 - 1215 a add shown of max player in which "2019 ke election ki notanki me shamil hoiye" esa kha ja rha h, janha hm ese loktantr ka parv, a festival etc kahte h election officers sbko aamtrt kr rhe h ese me es trh ka add ese platform pr dikhaya ja rha h, this is not good. I m opposing it & inform to election officers

                  Sir i was at fun cinemas this morning on 13 april 2019 to watch 'hell boy' movie. When i wanted to buy the ticket they said that ticket is of rs. 210 because you have to purchase our food and beverage. The ticket price is rs. 110 and they are forcing us to buy their food which is way more than the market price. They are torturing the consumers. I talked to manager but no one listened. I talked to police but they said that this is not our duty. These cinema halls are forcing the public to buy their food so that they can earn more but they are running cinema hall not a restaurant. This is dictatorship. They must charge for the movie ticket but not for their food which we don't want.

                  Please do something or they will continue to do this and consumers will face more problems. This thing is not at all acceptable. This thing needs your attention.

                  They said that if you want the ticket then you have to pay for food even if you don't want to eat it. I went to manager to talk about the issue and he said the same thing that you have to pay for food even if you don't eat it. Why am I supposed to pay for food? I went there to watch the movie hellboy and not to enjoy food which is 5 to 10 times expensive.

                  After all this I came back without purchasing the ticket for Rs. 210 because they were charging Rs. 100 extra for unwanted food and beverage.

                    The Air conditioner are not working.The show being housefull has made suffocation in the theatre.The volume quality is bad.The seats are not comfortable and are low leveled.The overall expirence is really bad.Please see for the matter and refund the money for my booking.I came with family and had a really bad expirence.The managers seem to be neglible about the issue here.They have not even been checking about the services in the theatre.

                      Hello. This is about the insult i got from the fun cinema’s staff today that is 28th feb 2019. I had my stuff got submitted at the entry of the fun cinema gwalior and when i returned back from the movie i couldn’t find that lady who had my stuff and when i tried to get it back because i was badly in a hurry because my friend got sick there she came shouting at me like i don’t know what. Is this is how you people treat your customers and am now damn sure am not returning back to the cinema.                         Today i visted fun cinemas kota ; there they checked my tickets before entering; after enter into cinema their main guard comes and enquire about my show and tickets, at that time i felt that he mishaved with me by using rough language and after enter into screen he come again and again checked only my tickets.. He continously disturbed me in complete movie,, at that time i also felt insecure by him,,
                        I[censored] want to customer satisfaction then fired him he is so misbehaved guy,,
                        And due to him i will never go to fun cinema kota again!!

                          Fun cinemas, lakhimpur kheri - why you are not releasing 'alita-the battle angel' movie and many much more hollywood films. This is the first decent cinema in the district and you guyz have to release all kind of fimls even if its just for two to three days because some people are enthusiast about such films and by not relaesing you are just disappointing them. You have to cater all types of audience. That is what entertainment business is all about. Please do something about it...

                            Today i visited at fun cinema's panipat to purchase to purchase 4 ticket today show, at the time of purchasing executive got abusing with me instead of explaining., executives even don't know about the cinema policies /terms and conditions. And their manager also not know about talking sense and said policy got changed within 2 day.. Instead of explaining or cooperation they are shouting at me... They also not provide me customer care number... I will not visit there at funcinema again never ever

                            After interval ac was turned off by staff..

                              I went to fun republic mall chandigarh today. So firstly the security lady does not have any metal detector equipment there, they were using there hands for checking. Secondly she told me to open my wallet and i opened it but she then told me to open every single pocket i hesitated because that's personal but i still opened it. Because i hesitated and told her that she can't open my wallet inner pockets she said i will not allow you to go in and just go and ask the superior. I told her that she can't do this she said i can do anything i can open anything even your wallets. When people gathered and they even ask her that they should use metal detectors rather than touching someone and checking someone's wallet they said on women they can check, metal detectors are only meant for men.
                              I was really disappointed the way they treated me as in no other mall these things happen.

                                While booking tickets for aquaman, we were charged of 30 rs each extra apart from movie charge for 3d glass (Amounting to 120 rs for 4 tickets). And no valid bill (With gst no.) was provided. When enquired, counter person could not answer satisfactorily. Only one receipt of 30rs each was provided (Rough kind of).in no other place, charge for 3d glass is levied, only some deposit amount is asked which gets returned once glass is submitted.

                                  I went to watch a movie along with my family in fun cinemas on 9th sept 2018.in the intermission we ordered a couple of food items and drinks, out of which the sandwich smelt rotten and the non-veg kathi roll did not have any chicken pieces and the roti outside it was burnt. It was very disheartening to see that we pay so much at such outlets and this is what they give us back. A very awful experince. I would like to visit the consumer court.

                                    Today at around 0600 pm i was booking ticket for the movie meg at counter .Staff named dhananjay spoke with me unparliamentry word, he is ill behaved and un supportive .This guy was making hue and cry while selecting seat .This particular staff is very rude and very un cooperative

                                    Fun cinema is a cinema or restorent, at Bathinda location box office staff forcing customers to buy meal coupen, even they don't give tickets without coupen. They said it is compulsory to buy.

                                    They gave also meal coupen even i was not in that.

                                    The cost for a water bottle that too (750 ml) is 50 Rs. How can they keep the price even more than the MRP. This is rediculously high. They don’t even allow outside water bottles and food, though bombay high court has said that they cannot stop the viewers to bring their own stuff and force them to buy their items at such high rates.

                                      I am currently in fun cinema fr rebuplic manimajara chandigarh 160101, i am currently in mission impossible show here, while i was booking ticket i booked ticket for upper seats i was running late he showed me the seats and i booked the same, then i entered in the audi actually i was late by 5-10 minutes here i was sitting till intermission, now your executives came and said that i need to shift in lower seats i asked why thy said to show the ticktes while i was entered the guys collected my ticktes i asked him to return my ticket he was not returned. Now demanding for ticket how should i show the ticket, all the executive misbehaved very badly also i am not alone i am with my family member, this was not expected with tou guys, i asked for feedback form they rejected that also and again misbehaved with me, how should they do this to me?

                                      The seat no p8 to p12 were cover by polytheline because water fall and dirtyness.
                                      But they were not changing our seat and management behaviour were worst .

                                      We went to buy the tickets for a movie minutes before and taking advantage of our situation she lied to us that the combo had to be bought inevitably. We bought the tickets on normal charges online then. This is very dissapointing and frustrating. Please take the necessary actions so as to avoid the repetition of such situations.

                                        Recently i went to funcinemas at mittal mall, bathinda on 01.07.2018 7:30 pm show for watching movie "sanju" which is an ua rating movie. But to my surprise i found so many children below 12 which were inside the hall to watch the same movie "sanju".
                                        It is really a mockery of the system and censor board.

                                        Rules should be strictly followed to maintain fun cinemas reputation.
