I am from patna bihar.. Whenever i go to watch a movie in fun cinema (Regent cinema) gandhi maidan.. They took extra charges on ticket.. They said its compulsory to buy meal with ticket if we buy a ticket from ticket counter... I dont think that it's compulsory to buy meal with ticket.. Because in delhi or kota they dont took extra charges on meal i mean they didn't forced us to take meal..

    I went to watch bahubali 2 with my family in fun cinemas manimajra chandigarh. My seat was e 22 ticket no 000072/006398 dated 20.05.17 in screen 2.

    During intermission a representative came and asked for order. I request for large popcorn for which he told me will cost rs. 165/-. I paid him rs 200/- and he assured that he will refund the balance alongwith invoice later on. He delivered the popcorn but said he will bring the balance amount of 35/- alongwith invoice later on. Twice thereafter i asked him for invoice and balance when he came to deliver the food/beverage to other audience nearby and he assured that he will bring it shortly. But he didn't came after wards.

    He never came back with balance and invoice. This is disgusting. For a meagre amount the staff resorts to such cheap tactics of theft and stealing money. And they are advertising on their screen that if you don't get the bill for your food/beverage consider it free. Giving bill is far they even didn't returned the balance intentionally. Though i reported it at their counter afterwards but the behaviour of staff there was non cooperative and i think they are habitual of doing this to customer. Didn't expected such a cheap behaviour for such a meagre amount. This is similar of theft. I have decided not to trust for even a small amount at fun cinemas.

      I am going to watch 4movies in fun cinema north square mall 2ticket for naam shabhana, 1ticket of fast and furious, 1ticket of begum jann

      And my points of these ticket are not add in my membership

      They told me that there is server issue while in fun cinema moti nagar there is no kind of issue i watch movie phillouri over there and they add my points but in north square they did not and my points

        Sir, I am Arun .I was booked Dora movie for your Fun cinemas on 07/04/2017 timing was afternoon 1:45pm show .I paid 288 rupees (2 tickets)( middle seat no 9 & 10) for online booking. At this time this two seat was booking .But Friday evening the same seat was not booked .So I booked again. But first I paid Rs.288 rupees was not refund for my account. So kindly please chech your details.

          Hi!
          On 19.03.17 @ 6:15pm i had visited world square mall, mohan ngr, gzb & having a movie in audi-2 seat q-1/2. As i like this place & have seen lots of movie sitting there feel very relaxed & comfortable but this time your team has cheated us. The push back seats are not working & even after complaining the team, your employee mr. Arun sharma came to us after 2hrs & advice that we are seated on wrong seats & advice to shift to other side. Moreover initially it was guided by them only about where is the booked seat located.
          I'm also working in wipro ltd as rle & know how to take the customer complaints & resolve within time frame but i have not seen this kind of
          Un-professional behavior to the customers.
          If this type of services you are providing to the customers then y should we pay extra money to you & moreover this will finish the further transactions between you & other customers & surely we will avoid corporate events also.

          Can somebody look into this matter & suggest with genuine action against this.

          What is this nonsense. English movies and not a single english show. All hindi dubbed shows.Movies like Alien:Covenant and Pirates of The Carribean should have their English shows as well in cities like Gwalior.

            Hello, Fun cinemas is always been my first choice for choosing any theatre for a movie. But now it is not. Two days back i went to there ticket counter to buy ticket for me & my friends. First of all there salesperson told me that if i want to buy a ticket by using a debit card i have to buy combo otherwise i cannot buy any ticket. Then i came back to ticket counter after withdrawing some money. She told me again that i cannot a buy ticket without buying a combo. I have tried to explain her that we don't want combo but she was forcing us to buy combo with ticket.Sadly this is the thing which had not happened with us only. My other friends have complained about this too. There is no such thing written anywhere that if i want to buy a ticket from a ticket counter then i have to buy it with any combo. I have sent a complaint on there site too but its been two they have not replied to my complaint.

              XXX film screening - had to return

              Hi today morning we had booked 2 tickets in fun cinema for film XXX at morning 11.

              We had to wait in our seats for 1 hour and finally we wer told that the film is not going to be screened. Though we got amount reembursed, we wasted lot of time to travel to theatre and for Snacks.
              Really diSsapointed and will never book ticket again in fun cinemas

              Hello sir..
              Last friday ko me movie dekhne gya tha befikre (09/12/2016).
              Mene wha corner ki 4 ticket li lakin jab me movie dekhne andar pahucha to pta chala mam ne mujhe center ki ticket de di jabki mene corner ke liye phale hi bol diya tha me upas ticket counter par aya to mam ne help to nahi ki or ulta mujhe hi sunna suru kar diya me apni family ke sath tha mujhe bhut bura feel hua managar bola sir abhi center me beth jao hm kra denge lakin kisi ne na help ki na hi sahi se baat.
              Agar aap asa hi staff rakhoge to jaldi hi fun cinemas ka nam khrab ho jayega kuki me ab kabhi fun cinemas me movie dekhne nahi jaunga. me nahi chahta jo mere sath hua wo dubara ho.

                Water bottle in fun cinemas chembur costs rs. 50. Unbelievable.. This should be stopped. Let some sincere government official take action against this ridiculous pricing. Not only in this cinemas, all over india this is an issue. I request government to immediately take action against this cinemas which will be a lesson for others.

                I don't understand why there are rules and regulations in india. Mrp means maximum retail price which is rs. 20 mentioned by the manufacturers. How can these theaters sell at rs. 50. Is my government and judicial bodies are waste?

                No proper cleaning of halls specially in night shows and the hall stinks and is smelly in summer months ..near the drinking water area there are toilets which stink badly

                  It's been long since i have watched any movie in fun cinemas situated at Galaxy Mall, Ambala City.However, i went to watch M.S.Dhoni this evening where i confronted such frivolous scenario which obligated me to snitch about this situation.
                  To start from the scratch, floors were scruffy as they were not cleaned since their installation. More than that, chunks of popcorns were there at every place and apart from this, seats were displaced. Moreover, clarity of the silver screen-2 is not even on par to my led's pellucid display and what not was there to offend my eyes.
                  This has made the part of my evening a confounded nuisance. The price they charge is uber but what they deliever is inferior.
                  Is this how they are supporting "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" ?

                    I was abused and threatened by the manager "mr. Sareen kumar" at fun cinemas, moti nagar. He harassed me and my family in the beginning of the movie leading to waste of all my time and money during the movie.

                    Me and my family went to watch a movie on 06/09/2016 (7.25 pm show at moti nagar). We had the m-ticket (Attached alongside) from book my show which their bar code reader could not identify. He said that it is not his problem.

                    During the initial half an hour of the movie he kept on threatening us to call the police and disturbed all of my family members (Including 2 females: my wife and mother). Later when we asked him to call the police if he wanted, then he backtracked but still was impolite and kept on shouting at us. I was just requesting him to discuss the issue in interval and not spoil the movie for technical issues with their system

                    Forget about saying sorry for the rude behavior, he used his staff to push us away. This is a shameful act and i urge fun cinemas to take action against him or else i will have to file an fir in local police station against him.

                    People like him are a disgrace to the hospitality industry and should no more be allowed to work as manager.

                    The show scheduled at 10:40 was delayed to 11:10 without any prior information. And the show got interrupted at 12:10 and no one is thr to operate or even switch on the light...

                      I have booked a ticket on 7th of January for a movie at Fun mall, Coimbatore. It was done using my ICICI Bank credit card. I have not yet received the refund. I do not have a transaction reference number. I knew about the failed transaction only after reaching the cinema. Kindly do the needful for the refund.

                        Dear sir/mam,

                        I have booked a movie ticket of 9th july (Saturday, movie name : sultan, show timing : 3:50pm, through paytm on 07th july (Thursday) having booking id : cp[protected], but as i reached the fun cinema hall they do not allowed anybody to enter into the cinema hall due to rain. I just want to request refund to fun cinemas as if they do not shown us movie, then why the same amount has not been refunded yet.

                          I was shocked to see the conduct of fun cinemas today morning in the show of sultan (at 9:40am dated 06july2016 ticket nos-j1, 2 and 3 in gold category in audi-2) where 250odd audience was also there. your cinema controlling team showed us the 'second half' first due to which the entire thrill and ecstasy of the film was lost!!!
                          The first half was shown after interval... i was flabbergasted to see such an action by such a reputed brand like fun cinemas!!!
                          I demand re-run of the movie sultan for 3 tickets at coming weekend.
                          I sincerely believe this much little is warranted by fun cinema for the glaring mistake that your staff members have made for a chartbusting most awaited movie of the year!!!
                          In case i don't hear any positive response from your end.. i will explore the legal options..

                            The availability of english shows is scarce. The ones which are available are oddly timed. It'll either be one show before noon and if all goes well, one late in the night. There are a load of hindi shows, but seriously, who would want to watch a hollywood movie in hindi with the terrible voice acting? There are people who are forced to watch the hindi shows, which kills the entire hype they have had for that particular movie. So, please throw in some more english shows.

                            I went to your cinema at bathinda. And I have to say this that I'm really disappointed with the facilities. The AC was not working and sound system wasn't good enough. And the whole audi was full of foul smell. And the seats were really congested and weren't comfortable.
                            During movie showing too many advertisements. Movie started 20 min late and 20 min interval. 40 min ads during movie. Are we watching TV. Screen 2 10.10 pm show Rustam Fun cinema Lucknow

                              I planned to watch a movie captain america: civil war in regent fun cinema, patna, bihar on 6th may, 2016. I tried to book ticket through internet where it was showing prices rs. 160, 140 and 120 for platinum, gold and silver class respectively. But some how i was unable to book the tickets and decided to book through booking window. When i reached over there, the booking clerk asked for rs. 270 for platinum class and rs. 250 for gold class. I asked why this overcharging then he replied that cost of 3d glasses. But when i received my 2 tickets i found that it is mentioned only rs. 160 on each tickets and the clerk handed over a coupon of food voucher of rs. 80 on which only a cold drink was served later. I asked that i do not want this food voucher and give me a proper receipt for this but clerk refused to entertain my claim. I tried a lot on customer care no. Of fun cinema but no one responded on my call.
                              Requesting to look after this matter and give a proper redresel of my complaint.

                                Just watched a movie in fun cinemas pitampura 4/5/2016 show 3:30 pm screen no. During the whole show they did not switched on the ac it was very difficult to stay there for 2.5 hours to watch movie. Even after complaining about the ac they did not switched it on because there were less people in hall. We had complained many times to the incharge but they did not listened to us and told us that ac is switched on when they themselves entered the hall it was not switched on, due to this it led to a fight between the customers and the incharge and it made the whole interest from the movie disappear. Now i am feeling like wasted my 260 rupess .

                                    I and my wife faced customer misbehaviour problem while watching mission impossible movie on 19.08.2015, 12:30 show. When just the movie started Mr. Abhisekh (self identified as an executive of fun cinema. Dibrugarh) came with two other staff, made a false allegation on me and threatened me in front of others and forcefully make me leave the theatre . I want to ask if now a days the staffs of fun cinema, dibrugarh do have the right to make any false allegations and force the customer to leave the theatre.when I wanted to talk to the manager or any senior authoritie the staff did not neither allowed me nor provided me his/her phone number. Is this the standard of fun cinema customer service. I hereby through your medium demand justice for me and my wife. I also demand adequate compensation for loss of me and my wife's respect. Kindly look into the matter and try to stop the gundaraj in funcinema.

                                    I have booked a ticket of avengers 2 for April 24 for 5 pm show and I got only order I'd and not booking I'd. And still I have not received my money back. So plz return it as soon as possible

                                      I booked movie tickets from www.funcinemas.com website on 22th JULY 2015. Money got deducted from my account but I never received the tickets. When I visited the website again it showed that my order id 6474003 was generated but "Booking id" was never generated and my money of Rs 445 would be refunded in 7 working days. Today 12 days have passed but I haven't heard back anything from Fun Cinemas. I have also sent emails using the online feedback form but there is no response from anyone. Please help in getting my money back.

                                      I have booked 2 tickets of bajrangi bhaijan on 7th August 2015 for 4 pm today but amount got debited but ticket never booked.Bokking id never generated, .I have order no also 6490039 citrus order no CTX[protected] amt rs 514.20/-
