This is a formal complaint against FurLenco for its completely unacceptable service.
The delivery executive ([protected]) visited on 11th July 2026 and informed me that he had forgotten to bring the plywood required for the bed installation. I was promised that it would be delivered and installed by Sunday, but till now nothing has been done.
Despite repeated follow-ups, your customer support has been equally pathetic. Every time I contact your team, I am simply put on hold without any resolution. Today, I even received a call from FurLenco only to be put on hold again and have the call disconnected from your side. This is highly unprofessional and shows complete disregard for customers.
I have paid for a bed, yet I am being forced to sleep on the floor while still being charged. This is nothing but deficiency in service and appears to be a fraudulent way of charging customers without delivering the promised service.
I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that a responsible representative contact me today on [protected]. If this is not resolved without further delay,
