Rental product not picked up in time

Not Picking Back the Product

After the end of the year long subscription, Furlenco is not taking back their products. Its been a month that we have been requesting them to pick the products up multiple times. Even after telling them that we are leaving the city, they have been non chalant in their attitude.

The pickup date has been revised multiple times from 20 Nov to 23 Nov to 30 Nov to 2 Dec to 3 Dec to 12, 14, 16 December now.

Billing issues not sorted even after 10 months

The items were not usable and the replacement request was not fulfilled. Furlenco customer support made me pay for all the months as they promised to give a credit note. Since they did not replace, I returned it. Now they are asking me to pay for the later return request for a broken item.

On the other hand, the credit amount is very less. they are offering me 2-3 thousand whereas I paid them 7-8 thousand even when the items...

Delays in delivery

Paid for sofa 20days back. They set delivery date. Message a day before confirming delivery & on the day postpone delivery. this is 5th time now. Call center reps say they will contact other dept and get back but do not. Now on cancelling there is no status on the refund.

Fraud on subscription services

I purchased 12 month subscription plan for renting furniture in December 2022 (image attached). At the time of purchased I was promised relocation services. On 7th Feb I received mail stating furlenco ulmtd will be down till April and your subscription won’t be visible on the app, which was later stretched till June (image attached). Fraud by furlenco

I have rented fridge and RO combo with you nearly 2 years back and constantly was paying you rent for two years and you never did any service for the device. Now i have returned your furniture and I can’t see the option of my orders in your application and when i xalled you up i have been asked to tell the amount which deposited seriously??

Receiving harassing calls, had raised an issue in the month of Jan, however no resolution received till now, called customer care 100 times, sent 100 emails, no one from the escalation team is bothered to call, however receiving these harassing and abusing calls from them. The issue is not getting resolved since more than 6 months now...

Product pick up

The company is refusing to pick up the products on the scheduled pick up date and is rescheduling pickup date again and again without informing. The customer support is not replying and they are saying that they cannot pick up the furniture for another few days. Pick up of furniture

The company is delaying the furniture pick-up constantly and rescheduling it without prior information. Pick Up Not Happening.

Return request is not taken care and for same time charges being levied

Exceptionally bad service

1. Furlenco doesn't have a customer care number! You have to submit a request, and they will call you back, at their leisure.
2. Order delivery times keep changing, and you will have no clue on when the order will actually get delivered. Furlenco says you'll get a call 24 hrs before scheduling a delivery, but that has never happened in my experience.
3. Same troubles apply for returning items( That is its own can of worms)...

Changing Policies without informing the consumer

I have been informed that furlenco has discontinued the relocation benefits. I have taken the products considering the relocation and it's unethical to stop in the middle of my subscription. I am eligible for one-time relocation and I want to avail that service.

Furlenco Termination of rental subscription

I have taken rental subscription for one of the product from furlenco but now they are not returning the product and monthly they are deducting money and once I return the product then daily customer care says it will be picked up by today and pick up guy also says vechile is either damaged or there is no space for the return....
