Wrong details provided -fraud misinformation

Furlenco has provided information on Google that inter City transfer is provided. When I enquired...I am being told that this service is not provided by us. It is discontinued in 2023. We will share feedback to get that information removed asap. I mean what about my money which I have to pay for 2 months because again they say we are sorry we are unable to provide refund on upfront payments. Washing machine rental - Faulty

Have subscribed washing machine on rental for 3 months, though the requirement is for just a month on the trust and as well made special request to ensure provide good working condition washing machine. Refrigerator and Washing Machine

Failure to pickup rented items as scheduled causing inconvenience and mental harassment

30 July is delivery date but no one contacted

I have recieved calls post punching the order that i will get the product by 30july. But no one contacted yet. Furlenco company has closed my previous complaint 5332771 without providing resolution - Need compensation not their product

I had booked rental furniture yesterday morning 19.06.2024 and remitted around Rs. 60000 to gpay through my email ID. In spite of repeated reminders and complaints neither the order is confirmed, nor refund is made. This is very serious. Please let me know the status of my order.

I had also made complaint orally and through Whatsapp to Ms. Minal from Unlimited by Furlenco at this number [protected]. As per her advise, we have also contacted another lady at the number [protected] who is also not responding.

    I placed an order # ORD[protected] dated 25th May 24 with 6 months' rent advance payment and delivery was confirmed for 1st June. They are not getting products delivered now and every time they are giving me new dates. After taking payment everyday they are giving me new date. Earlier they gave me 1st June and then rescheduled it for 2nd June and again they have re-scheduled it for 4th June as per their convivence without my confirmation. Kindly look into this on urgent basis.

    I paid INR 14, 411 on Furlenco App. I have contacted them many time at customer servicesthrough calls and emails and everytime they are giving me new dates .

      I returned the furniture subscribed from UNLMTD, Furlenco on 30th Apr 2024, it was communicated that within 5-7days i will get my refund amount. But after 22days (23rd May 2024), i am still following up with Furlenco team but not getting the refund processed. It seems they have no intention to refund my amount.

        Deliberately not picking up furnitures, and asking for lumpsum money due to their operation inefficiency.

          Not Picking Back the Product

          After the end of the year long subscription, Furlenco is not taking back their products. Its been a month that we have been requesting them to pick the products up multiple times. Even after telling them that we are leaving the city, they have been non chalant in their attitude.

          The items were not usable and the replacement request was not fulfilled. Furlenco customer support made me pay for all the months as they promised to give a credit note. Since they did not replace, I returned it. Now they are asking me to pay for the later return request for a broken item.

          On the other hand, the credit amount is very less. they are offering me 2-3 thousand whereas I paid them 7-8 thousand even when the items were unusable.

          Customer support is worst. Very bad service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years.
          For those who are planning to buy or rent, please do not get fooled by Furlenco. Do not use their service. Its a trap! This is a genuine feedback.

            Team Furlenco, Kept calling me back to back it's looks more like a harassment. im using furlenco since 2018 and there are so many issue I face but furlenco team don't really care or coordinate well with the pick up and drop coordinator. last time there was a activity, I had called for a vitello storage bed with pico solid dinning table. They delivered me the broken bed in the storage the hydraulic pump on left was not working and he replaced the pump by going to my old house and pick a pump from my old society landmark building address to swap the pump from the another activity was happening of picking up of Bianca wardrobe with blaze storage bed and mattress and pillow covers.so to complete my broken bed delivery I had to drive him to my old home pick a pump from blaze storage bed and get him back to new home and replace the broken pump .
            It looks like I work for furlneco and getting paid to solve problems which are not even mine. Ur quality check department never doing products checks well and been sending me broken stuff and u can check that in my 1000s of mails I have sent to furlenco team but my last order again the broken bed was sent to me.if I'm paying the full money why mi receiving broken products.
            And this lady kept on harassing me over call for pillow cover and mattress cover which have peen picked up.after being the oldest privileged customer of furlenco the things I have to go through is totally unprofessional from team furlenco.stop harassing me over call over the product that all ready been picked up from furlenco team and it's not my job to u to update the deate of the pick up and item been picked up I'm sure u have a team for that.             this two products were delivered to me on 17 sep and I have paid 9 months rent in advanced and 2 chairs are broken and the hydraulic system of bed is not working properly.               Paid for sofa 20days back. They set delivery date. Message a day before confirming delivery & on the day postpone delivery. this is 5th time now. Call center reps say they will contact other dept and get back but do not. Now on cancelling there is no status on the refund.
              The chat bot on the app is just as useless as the customer care reps. One gave me another number to call and that number does not exist. ([protected])

                Fraud on subscription services

                I purchased 12 month subscription plan for renting furniture in December 2022 (image attached). At the time of purchased I was promised relocation services. On 7th Feb I received mail stating furlenco ulmtd will be down till April and your subscription won’t be visible on the app, which was later stretched till June (image attached). I now requested for relocation of furniture to which they deny stating the service is not provided anymore...

                I purchased a 12 month rental plan from furlenco in December 2022, when they provided relocation services. I connected customer care for relocation in the same city and they are saying their policies have now been updated and they do not provide relocation now.

                  Receiving harassing calls, had raised an issue in the month of Jan, however no resolution received till now, called customer care 100 times, sent 100 emails, no one from the escalation team is bothered to call, however receiving these harassing and abusing calls from them. The issue is not getting resolved since more than 6 months now

                      The company is refusing to pick up the products on the scheduled pick up date and is rescheduling pickup date again and again without informing. The customer support is not replying and they are saying that they cannot pick up the furniture for another few days. Because of this mismanagement, I am unable to get my new furniture delivered whose delivery was scheduled basis the pick up date provided by Furlenco.

                        The company is delaying the furniture pick-up constantly and rescheduling it without prior information. Due to their mismanagement, I am unable to get my new furniture delivered and am having to pay for the same too. The customer service is not replying and is asking me to cancel my new booking as they cannot pick up the furniture until further notice.

                          We have ordered a refregirator on 2nd of july 2023 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 5th before the product delivery they have kyc process which should be done. In our case we have different profile name and the id name was not matching at first case we thought that our request will get cancelled, in order to avoid cancellation we contacted support team for the issue .the support team said we need to cancel the product as they dont have option to change the profile name . First of all the site is so hopeless that there is no option to edit anything even the delivery or kyc details are not updated there.
                          After they said we agreed on cancellation and they said we will be getting call from cancellation team on 2nd istelf but we didnt get any call. we waited and called them again that time they said that our kyc is approved even been the name miss match and said we will get delivery by 5th july 2023. but we didnt receive the product on 5th again we reached the customer support they said there is some issue with them we will get the delivery in 3-4 days. as we were travelling outside on those days we decided to cancel the product as it was taking long time. we called again the customer support and requested for cancellation( there is no direct was to cancel the product from their app) we need to call the customer care 100 time and they dont provide any resolution. After asking for cancellation the team said we will get call from cancellation team, its 12th of july 2023.. neither we have got a single call from the support team.
                          they are just playing with people harassing them, taking their money and not providing refund .. on calling the support 100 time they said that we are fake so cancelling the product, so they didn't move ahead with cancellation. they are calling customers fake inspite of looting their money and not providing solution. they have even blocked one of our number for calling them again and againn. Such kind of service is not acceptable.
                          Never go with this site, hopeless ever, very bad experience.

                            I have returned their products on the 27th of Feb, 2023. After agonizing calls and pings on LinkedIn and rude calls from one Mr. Aditya Dabi - their customer executive support - I finally got my refund on March 11th. After that, they have asked me to delete my account - which I happily did. Now its been one month that I did not hear from them - from last month - furlenco has repeatedly called me and is harassing me again for misuse of their products. What products? which products? How is it my fault that they don't update things and their operations is as clueless?
