I am filing this complaint against Furlenco for repeated service failures, negligence, and unfair billing practices.

My furniture pickup was originally scheduled by Furlenco but was cancelled by the company. Since then, I have spent over two weeks trying to get my furniture collected.

Furlenco has provided information on Google that inter City transfer is provided. When I enquired...I am being told that this service is not provided by us. It is discontinued in 2023. We will share feedback to get that information removed asap. I mean what about my money which I have to pay for 2 months because again they say we are sorry we are unable to provide refund on upfront payments. Have subscribed washing machine on rental for 3 months, though the requirement is for just a month on the trust and as well made special request to ensure provide good working condition washing machine. However, they delivered a machine which is defective, and upon calling, we were put to spin and its been 7 days since, left with no option raising return which forced us to pay the full 3 month rental period.

I have requested to pick up the products from Furlenco which I have taken on rent on 30th May. Nobody came to pick up the product and I had to leave New Mumbai to a new city.

They mentioned to rearrange the pickup on 1st June again nobody came to pick up the product. My landlord hasn't returned the deposit money. Later he moved the product out of his house as he got new tenant.
