Threatening and Harassing
I used Furlenco’s services for a year and was given broken furniture. My furniture got replaced after 6 months post multiple calls and emails to the CS team. The biggest issue is they don’t understand the concept of customer service. Post Covid, I raised a request multiple times to close my pending and get the furniture collected, the team took 11 months to respond to the request and made me liable to pay for the charges. I have now been threatened and harassed to a level that I have been asked to pay the complete amount otherwise they keep calling me my personal number. WhatsApp number and office landline. I have received a total of more than 500 calls in 1 single day. They have hired a couple of emails who claim themselves to be the James Bond of Collections industry however don’t have the basic etiquette to deal with things. They have a team of illiterate people who don’t understand that they deal with humans and how their harassment impacts the other person.

unprofessional and threatening calls from furlenco executive named sanjana from bangalore
I have already spoken to the customer service regarding the payment extension and this lady calls me everyday and finally when i asked her to check the records she threatens to send people to my home to collect the payment and take away the furniture.
How professional is that. I have the call recordings and if this is not being taken care off i will be going legal about this. Her name is sanjana. I have already spoken to the customer service regarding the payment extension and they do not have any issues with that.

Security refund

I had rented a queen bed from furlenco in mumbai. I asked them to terminate the plan on 19 march before lockdown. And immediately i received a mail confirming the pick up of product on 28 march. But as the lockdown was imposed from 24 march, the product couldn’t be picked up. Now when they have picked up the article in the month of july, still not refunding my security.
I’m tired of calling and taking updates on the same, no one from furlenco is responding professionally.

Miscommunication on Minimum Tenure for Furniture Rental

Furlenco miscommunicated the minimum tenure for a rented chair and table.
Within 1 month the chair was stiff and I started getting back aches. I called them up and they told me that the minimum tenure was 3 months(they also record their calls). I then requested for a change of the chair which they complied with.
I also have a bill from that termination request(July 2020 ) which shows that the payment due was for 2 more months by email. Attaching the same in the complaint.
Now(10 Sep 2020) 3 months have passed and I have diligently paid the rent for 3 months. When I reached out to them for termination, they are telling me that the minimum tenure for my product is 6 months and that it was there in my original contract which I haven't got by mail or anywhere on the app.
I do not want to continue with these guys as they seem to be highly unethical. They have also sent me a bill for payment of 3 more months for termination.
Resolution : Acceptance of Furlenco of minimum tenure as 3 months and provide refundable deposit of Rs 999 back.

I have been getting calls from Furlenco Furniture for the collection of the amount owed by someone who given my number at the time of purchase some goods without my knowledge. I have also not been informed about the same neither by the purchaser nor by Furlenco. The collection team is calling me, my family and now office and threatening me to embarrase at the highest level. I have also been told to make payment on that person's behalf or...

I'm a girl, furlenco guys don't behave with good manners to their customers especially women. Due to the current pandemic we are not able to pay the rent of their furniture and they are calling my relatives and swearing at them and cursing them and men are calling me and telling me that
"ab toh tujhe baja ke rakh denge hum" i complained to police also but nothing happened and men are calling me and suggesting me to sleep with people and pay the rent this is harassment they are calling me a [censored] and what not they are swearing on my mother. Furlenco has the worst customer service in india they don't know how to behave with their customers and they are so cheap and mean people

Deposit not returned
They had promised me a waiver in my rent due to their unavailability to initiate my pickup due to lock-down, so the collection team committed of waiver after paying Rs.2000 and scheduled my pickup on 11th July 2020.
Even after 1 month of pickup my deposit is yet not been refunded and on top of it they are demanding me to pay the remaining waiver amount.As per their policy after 24 hours of pickup we get our deposit refunded, but since 1 month they are not resolving the issue.
I have been following up with them since 1 months on this matter but no reponse.

Furniture swap and overall service
It has been over a month that i have raised a request to swap a couch rented from furlenco. The swap option is a feature provided by furlenco. The couch is of poor quality not fit for use. There has been no response to calls and email requests. However, furlenco continues to call and harass for payments without fulfilling primary service requests.

I am waiting for the resolution, i have already paid for the current month but i don't wish to pay for the 2 months which i have not used. I have been admitted in the hospital after the delivery of the recliner and so i couldn't terminate it at that time. This was a medical case and i have all the papers and email from the hospital about my 1st and 2nd surgery.
Apart from this now the company says that they are not able to pick up the furniture.

Furlenco is harassing me very i continued payment of bills for 1 year completely and then there were continuously increasing the chargers every month without any reason and asking me to pay i spoke with the customer care regarding it but nothing happened now they are forcing me to pay the bills and i'm a girl and they are putting a guy behind me who is harassing me in a public place stalking me and even reached my office premises and was misbehaving please take a legal action against them and ask them to stop harrasing me. They do the settlement take their furniture.

FURLENCO IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO COUSTOMER CARE
Disgusting customer care, which has no accountability n can only lead to the harassment of its customer.
After one n a half year of renting when I finally ended the subscription, the pickup agents who were scheduled to pickup the furniture didn’t turn up on the scheduled date because of his personal problem. After a lot of hit n miss a final date was decided after a delay of a month n all because the pickup agent wanted to come at his own cinvinient time which was clashing with ours. Finally during the pickup he broke my wifi router while transporting the furniture. All this happened n the so called customer care was duly informed about the same.
Till date which is almost 3 months I am following up with them to settle my account n instead to refunding my security deposit n compensation of the broken router they are forcing me n harassing to pay off n entire months rent. Everytime I call them they will make me repeat the whole ordeal n give excuses regarding the case. False promises to getting back with a solution enrytime.
In fact I told them that I do not wish to get any claims of security deposit n compensation just to finish this case. To which they positively replied to wave off n finish the case. But all in vein. Till date I receive calls from their harassing recovery agents.
Overall I urge people to stay away from this company i[censored] want to save urself from this harassment

improper behaviour

My pickup was supposed to be done today but due to some urgent work i had to leave the town so i requested to arrange a pickup after two days.
The telecaller geeta was vey rude and arrogant. She told me to throw money on her face and that i do not have any aukat to pay the money. She also said that i should be ashamed to hear all these things from a telecaller.
Very bad customer service. I will avoid this company and will ensure no one in my contacts avails servuce from this company.

threat calls and extreme rude behaviour

I have been using the furlenco services fro last 2-3 years. Everytime i'm due for the payment i receive threat calls from there executives specially named nitish. He always threatens me to come to my house and destroy everything and fight with me. I've already encountered a very threatening situation from his side. Would like to file complaint against the company for its wrong doings and specially against the employee nitish. Would require immediate intervention as i'm continuously receiving the threat calls.

request for termination not met

The request for termination was given on the 6th of June. The first phone that i received was 2-3 days later where a rude customer care exec informed me that the same will be processed by 21st and not before that. 21st being a working day, i requested for the pickup to take place in the evening which they accepted. The execution team denied to pick up the bed in the evening and after that i have not heard from them.
There is no answer on their call centre for the existing customers. They however promptly answer the phones on the new customer category. It has been a really bad experience to get rid of the bed. Point to note here is that i have been a long term user. If they treat their regular users like this, i wonder what they do to people who use their services for short term.
I hope this struggle to get rid of the bed ends soon.

delay in processing req raised on 20th june 2018

I had placed a req of termination of service on 21st june vide req no 119140 but till date no pick up is arranged.. I haf been told tht thr is no staff available to get it picked up from my old location ie kharghar. Reason fr terminating the service was relocation at chembur which was clearly communicated to one of yr excutive over the phone.. I am highly dissatisfied when it comes to termination of service.. Very bad experience with u ol.. Wont recommend to anybody.

I have never seen this kind of disrespect and improper behavior from your team. Is this how you talk with a customer giving him threats? As per my bill, my bill period is from may 4th to june 3rd, but today one of your executives called up and was using improper language and threats to my wife. After she put off the call, he spammed his messages on whatsapp. How dare he use such language without any knowledge of decency or the know-how to talk with their valuable customers? I have attached his messages, and i am very disappointed with the people you hire. Take your furniture back.

irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour, delay in every action

Hi,
I had a furlenco subscription which i cancelled on the 6th of may, even called the customer support regarding the same and sent an email on the 6th as well.
I got a call and they said that they cannot take it because of operational issue till 21. I said okay.
My house had become like a godown with two fridges and two washingmachines. I realized the same, and called them. It took me 3 days to get a support person on the other side. This time i asked them to take back the appliance. Their was an argument, then they agreed for 11th. I waited on 11th, but no one came. Angry, i called them again (It's a pain to call them as no one picks, and most of them put you on hold for 20-25 mins). This time they agreed for the 17th of the month, i asked for an email confirmation for the same. They didn't send the email, and as usual no one came. The third time the gave 19 of the month, and no one showed. Finally on 20th their people came to pick the appliance.
Now, the billing cycle starts from 7th of the month. They accepted the termination on 11th (As per the app), so there is a deduction on the refund amount. The appliance was with us till 20th of the month. We have received updated invoices from their side stating that the refund amount is currently much leaser as we have held the appliance till 20th.
After taking back the appliance, we have not received any call from their side apart from the confirmation on pick up.
The amount which we had deposited as security is with them, and they are not refunding. We had a call and a mail from them stating that we will be getting the full refund as we had cancelled before the start of the cycle. But, still they have not updated the invoice so that we can collect a refund.
It quite difficult to reach them. I have been sending them a reminder every day in the morning. They haven't come back on any of my emails. They don't answer phone calls.
Furlenco, which one appeared to be used looks like a frawd company altogether. Their support people do not have any knowledge of company's policies, are slow and not helpful. They don't have any escalation levels.
I am still awaiting my refund. Can some from furlenco get in touch?

unprofessional delay in returning of products
I had stopped my subscription for furlenco in the month of april and my pick up was scheduled on 3rd april'18. They couldn't do that due to some opertaional issues at their end, they confirmed they'll do that on 4th but noone did that too. Post this i have had multiple calls with the team and everytime i'm told i'll receive a call back to schedule but i have not received any call back yet. As i had to shift to a new house in the month of april, i had got this scheduled on 3rd april, they didn't do it due to which i had to shift the goods all by myself to my owner's place so that they could pick them up from there the next day. But the team has been completely unprofessional and have not picked the items yet. It's already been a week since then but i haven't recieved a call from them. I have warned them that i would dispose off their items in case i don't have this scheduled at the earliest because my subscription is already stopped then they shouldn't use our place for their warehouse expenses. It's being a trouble for my owner now and i am nowhere to go. I need immediate assistance in case someone could help me in this forum.

asking for illogical payment
I have paid every month rent still they are asking for more payment i have all my receipts of payment still they are not accepting and calling me every day for payment. I am also attaching the screenshot for the last month in which it is clearly shown that my credit balance is just 1/- re rest all is cleared still they are not attending and forcefully wants me to pay for the month in which i have not use their product.
