I raised a return (cancellation) request on 20 Feb, 2022 and the products were picked up by Furlenco team on 5 March, 2022. However, I have still not received my deposit of ~3, 000 rupees. I have contacted customer care multiple times over the phone, and have, every time, received lies in the form of convincing promises. I have also received a ticket number: 2160582 to track this issue.
I am forced to explain my situation each time I call, as a new person is at the other end. Why there is no shared documentation recorded is beyond me. Was this information helpful? |
