I had subscribed for 6 months of sofa rental plan and paid upfront. Furlenco sent a broken sofa which was just fixed and post usage around 10 days, it broke and furlenco people post 30 days of follow up, picked it up and since past 15 days not issuing a refund though they promised the same as in enclosed email from them. I had paid rent for the furniture which I didn't use from Furlenco
