Furlenco — irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour, delay in every action

Hi,

I had a furlenco subscription which i cancelled on the 6th of may, even called the customer support regarding the same and sent an email on the 6th as well.

I got a call and they said that they cannot take it because of operational issue till 21. I said okay.

My house had become like a godown with two fridges and two washingmachines. I realized the same, and called them. It took me 3 days to get a support person on the other side. This time i asked them to take back the appliance. Their was an argument, then they agreed for 11th. I waited on 11th, but no one came. Angry, i called them again (It's a pain to call them as no one picks, and most of them put you on hold for 20-25 mins). This time they agreed for the 17th of the month, i asked for an email confirmation for the same. They didn't send the email, and as usual no one came. The third time the gave 19 of the month, and no one showed. Finally on 20th their people came to pick the appliance.

Now, the billing cycle starts from 7th of the month. They accepted the termination on 11th (As per the app), so there is a deduction on the refund amount. The appliance was with us till 20th of the month. We have received updated invoices from their side stating that the refund amount is currently much leaser as we have held the appliance till 20th.

After taking back the appliance, we have not received any call from their side apart from the confirmation on pick up.

The amount which we had deposited as security is with them, and they are not refunding. We had a call and a mail from them stating that we will be getting the full refund as we had cancelled before the start of the cycle. But, still they have not updated the invoice so that we can collect a refund.

It quite difficult to reach them. I have been sending them a reminder every day in the morning. They haven't come back on any of my emails. They don't answer phone calls.

Furlenco, which one appeared to be used looks like a frawd company altogether. Their support people do not have any knowledge of company's policies, are slow and not helpful. They don't have any escalation levels.

I am still awaiting my refund. Can some from furlenco get in touch?
