Furlenco — Threatening calls from Furlenco

I have been getting calls from Furlenco Furniture for the collection of the amount owed by someone who given my number at the time of purchase some goods without my knowledge. I have also not been informed about the same neither by the purchaser nor by Furlenco. The collection team is calling me, my family and now office and threatening me to embarrase at the highest level. I have also been told to make payment on that person's behalf or else the whole family will be getting the abusive calls from their side. They did the same thing earlier and during that scary situation I was forced to make the pay them Rs.7000 in 2018 and now when I showed some apprehesions they are trying to defame me by calling my office colleague. I rented some furniture with Furlenco for some 6 months and then i had to discontinue and asked them to terminate my contract. They did and pickup was scheduled in February before lockdown, they delayed the pickup . But then lockdown started and i had moved to my other flat. I called them to notify about this and they said it will be taken care of after a huge discussion. Then after the lockdown, they call me suddenly and ask for furniture pickup. I agreed and asked someone to go to that flat to make sure they can pickup.
I even paid 500 to security guard to ensure they are able to pick up the furniture as society is not allowing outsider security guard picked it up and i gave to furlenco outside compound. Then they charged me for all those months of lockdown even after the contract was terminated. And then they are still spamming me everyday with emails and text messages to pay some dues rather than paying me back my deposit. This is a thug company. Now they are sending debt recovery agents to paisa yasuli,

Worst company ever, Worst Customer Service! They will make you suffer for renting the furniture. The pick up of the products were scheduled on 9th, no single person has appeared to pick up the products, they come and say okay will come tomorrow, almost 5-6 times its been rescheduled, we are tried of contacting them, we are working professionals and they simply don't understand the time and value of the customer, they will keep saying/bluffing... Minus 10 Star reviews...
