Have subscribed washing machine on rental for 3 months, though the requirement is for just a month on the trust and as well made special request to ensure provide good working condition washing machine. However, they delivered a machine which is defective, and upon calling, we were put to spin and its been 7 days since, left with no option raising return which forced us to pay the full 3 month rental period.
I dont believe in the current world customers are still being cheated by so called corporates with no absolute responsibility or accountability from Furlenco. We are deeply disappointed and dont know how to claim the refund as the machine wasn't useful or fit for purpose.
We have gone through mental agony for facing such a humiliation of being cheated in the current world.
We are now calling the legal experts to file a consumer compliant in the court.
