[Resolved] Home Centre — Damaged , Undelivered & Wrongly Supplied products
Invoice : 1055007 , 1055153 . I have purchased furnitures from lifestyle homecentre express avenue chennai tamilnadu, valued 2, 09, 000 on 15th august 2013. Most of the products are damaged and after raising this issue with them until today 29th august 2013 there were no replacements done. The carpenter has scatterred all the damaged products in my home and we have no space to even sleep. I have been calling them several times and I have not received any proper response. Mr. VIGNESH the service manager always says the products will be delivered today tomorrow and its almost 15 days now. All these days we are sleepin on floor in the hall with my aged parents. As per the bill from home centre it states that the products would be assembled within 48 hrs of delivery but the carpenter never reaches your home for atleast 3 to 4 days. Mr. Abdul another service manager is calling me today late night by 10:45pm and says we are sending u the furnitures now do u want or dont want... these guys are such to deliver furnitures night by 11 30 pm and do they think we have no other job. big brands like homecentre are literally screwing peoples money. There is one matress which is not at all delivered till now...all my money invested on these products are wasted and had also bought a lot of mental pressures to me and my family. I don wish to buy any products from them anymore and they should be seriously punished for playing around peoples hard earned money... Many Thanks Hariharan
