Purchased cot on[protected] and it was supplied in september 2018 but it was damaged item. They have assured to replace with in short period by mail. So far it was not replaced. They have send 2 mails and sms to my mobile of replacing from september. They are making false commitments. No trust on post service and warranty. Hence i send a mail of refund and take back the item, as the trust is lost. But no response.
I intend to get back my money along with compensation.

    Sir on purchase of cot and bed for rs 45000/- in august 2018 from life style visakhapatnam, they had delivered damaged item with an assurance by mail to replace within few days. So far they have not made good. I have send a mail in october 2018 for refund of money for failing commitment and poor response and service. No reply from them. I sued of complaining the matter with consumer forum, yet no response. Hence i would like to bring it to your noyice

      supply of damaged cot

      Sir, I had purchased a Cot and Bed in August 2018 from Life Style, Visakhapatnam for around Rs 45000/-. In the month of September 2018, they have delivered damaged cot, with an assurance of replacing within 3 weeks. despite my repeated telephonic calls and mails to Home Centre, till date it was not replaced.

      Hi customer care team @ home centre -

      I had bought symphony office chair (Black) from hc @ phoenix market city, banglore.

      However to my utter shock, the so called leather has been peeling off, and so called office chair meant for executives has become pathetic in some time, and now has taken an ugly shape. (Pics attached).

      When we buy any furniture from hc, we expect a high quality & durability. However - this product defies the basic purpose. I have not seen leather peeling off like this in any other similar products, and expensive items like last for about 8-10 years; however, in my case it has been a real bad experience, as this has become an eye-sore now.

      Pls see the pictures attached. Pls can you let me know how you can help a desperate customer.

      I was trying to reach out to hc's toll free number / bangalore nos, but cannot reach out, as phone is no reply

        This is regarding the order id : [protected].

        We had received the petals coffee table and end table on 21st august. Assembling of these products were done on 22nd evening.


        Coffee table :- the top wooden piece of the table has cracks (Joints opened) which we noticed on the next day post assembling. I have immediately registered a complaint to [protected]@homecentre.in on 23rd of august. I got a response confirming that my complaint is registered (That mail did not have the complaint number mentioned in it) i have been trying to reach customer care since then and have sent follow-up mails to which i've still not received any update.

        It is near to impossible to reach their service team. It is extremely distressing to be recipient of such despicable service from such a brand.

          I had ordered a "happiness mug set (4pc)" online from Home centre,
          my order number being

          I received a shipment with my name on the package around 18th June 2018. It was a COD and I paid rs 749.
          On opening it I found a red bottle ( priced rs 299) and a bill in the name of Mr Asif Ali.

          I immediately informed them via the chat option on their portal and also got a sorry as reply.
          I tried to call their number but it went unanswered.
          I can provide the copies of the bills and the screenshot of the chat.

          Kindly see to it that I receive my mug set, which I have paid for in exchange of the said bottle.. Which they refuse to do despite several emails and face book intimations.

            Hello,

            I have really been going through an worst exp with Homecentre. I bought a geneva bed(invoice no[protected] in Feb 2017. . The bed is shaky, makes a lot of noise. I would request you to kindly exchange or give us some other bed or return money. I have been requesting homecentre to take some action . but they just reply with 1 sentence - "nothing can be done from our end".
