My product is missing since 6 days and I have called multiple times at the number of the consumer care of home centre and all the time I'm getting same answers from them to wait for 24 hours but no resolution till now and only false promises today they said they escalated my complaint tot the higher team but till now no update

We have purchased the furniture which costs of 7 lakhs from HomeCentre, DLF CITY CENTRE, MEHRAULI, GURGAON on 21 Jan, 2024.
The complaint is regarding the dining table which includes a table and 6 chairs costs of 1.72 lakhs. The chairs are getting faded out and the paint is getting out from the wood and we can see the wood seems hollow from inside. It looks like it is having termites in it and slowly and gradually...

Invoice no 1470010972 - Quality Issue
I'm Suman here from Kerala, Kochi. This mail is w.r.t a furniture purchased on Feb2023 from HC Kochi and complaint raised thereafter.
We observed that the white fur/thread is coming out from Sofa and this issue came to our notice after 4 months of purchase. The complaint was raised and we got the replacement of the same by Jun/Jul.
After a month the same issue started and this time the fur was coming out more from all area and also the centre seating part of sofa. Again the issue was raised and inspected by the team. When we checked with the supervisor who came for inspection said that same issue is repeating with other client's as well. Hence I refused the same item as replacement if the issue exists for all the production. But he promised that it will not repeat and if so will replace with another model.
Again we got a replacement with same item and again the same issue observed in a month. This is the 3 rd sofa of same model which have the same issues.
Now this time surprisingly, HC CSD executive Mr.Antony closed the case saying no more solution as the issue is due to "our poor maintanance"..
I seriously don't understand how can Mr.Antony make a statement like that? Neither the supervisor who came mentioned it nor Mr.Antony directly inspected to make such statement. He just spoke to my husband with same feedback and later when i tried calling him for furthermore details, neither he attended our calls nor gave a call back even after several attempts.
This was purely an arrogant way of service his side. This is not at all acceptable from a coporate brand like HC. If the issue was due to our poor maintanance, then the issue should happen only on the seating area. But it is observed all over even in the gaps of back rest, lounge and back area of sofa.
This is the maximum of we could tolerate, and we need an immediate solution;
- Option1: need a full refund
- Option 2: need another model where we are even ready to pay additionally as we dont want this model anymore.
Even after several mails to corporate team, i still haven't got a final resolution in this.

I am really under tremendous surprise that a Brand like Home Centre is behaving so unprofessional. If broken products are delivered and we have shared pictures and order details and had multiple calls and also more than 3 emails with same issue. Asking for pictures again and again will not change anything. If they can’t or don’t want to replace or refund I have already told keep it as a gift. God bless the customers...

I had brought a 6 seater dining table with chairs on 4th october 2021.Just 2 yrs after its use, the chair's upholstery has totally ripped off and looks horrible. Home centre has even neglected my request of changing the upholstery alone by saying that they cant do anything about it, as it is past 2 years. Very disappointed due to such a neglegent response from a reputed company.
To homecentre:hope your team can once again look into this issue and resolve.

Disastrous Dining Table from Homecentre: Scratched, Defective, and Unworthy of Your Money!
I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a dining table from Homecentre, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment this disaster of a piece of furniture arrived at my doorstep, I knew I was in for a world of disappointment.
First and foremost, it took the table a month to arrive after being ordered, and even upon arrival the table was plagued with multiple scratches and defects, with an undulated table top. The surface was quite marred, and it made me wonder if I had accidentally ordered a pre-owned table rather than a brand new one.
What added insult to injury was Homecentre's complete unwillingness to rectify the situation. When I approached their customer service department to voice my concerns and request a refund multiple times, I was met with indifference and a total lack of accountability. I was hung up on multiple times, and despite them making promises of getting back to me withing 48 hours, it took about 5 days for the situation to come to a conclusion.
To make matters worse, their proposed solution was to offer a 5% refund on the table value, or give me a credit note worth the value of the table, to be used within 90 days. However, given the poor quality of the table, I had zero confidence in their ability to deliver any other product. After much deliberation they’re revised proposition was to offer a credit note, at 10% of the table’s value.
It is truly disheartening to witness a company like Homecentre, which claims to provide quality furniture, fail so miserably in both their product and customer service. The least they could have done was offer a cash refund, considering the unacceptable condition of the table. However, their refusal to do so speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction.
Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Homecentre, as far as furniture is concerned. My purchase has been a complete waste of money and a source of endless frustration. If you're looking for a functional and aesthetically pleasing dining table, I strongly advise you to explore other reputable furniture stores that value their customers and stand behind the quality of their products. Homecentre is simply not worth your time or hard-earned cash.

I have ordered 3 items on Home Centre Mobile Application and only 1 item is delivered but on app, it is showing all 3 items are delivered. I have checked with Delhivery logistics and Home Center customer care with no results. They are not giving any evidence and simply closing the request by saying that in their records items are showing as delivered and we can not help anymore.

Damaged furniture shipped and not replaced
I placed an order with Home Center (Order No. [protected]) on 1st Dec 2022. They delivered a broken marble top on 10th Dec, which was replaced with a damaged marble top that has cracks and dents on 27th Dec. For this issue I have raised 3 complaints - 106973, 107319, 110612. But everytime their team closes the complaint without informing me or providing a resolution. This is endless. Request them to send an undamaged piece on priority or pick this product back and refund my money.
Last call I received from their customer care team on 19th Jan 2023 and they had promised me that they are dispatching a replacement. But today when I called the customer care team they simply said that the complaint has been closed and there is nothing they can do about it.

Worst Experience with invoice of 012821420093030 | Spectra wardrobe

Long story short: I bought a wardrobe at Homecentre. Initially they didn’t assemble the product properly. Later a technician fixed few things, but not fully. Now the product is not working as expected. Please refer to the pictures in the email below.
I raised two complaints. Both were not treated properly. Two technicians visited my home in two different days. First technician was not very ethical & bad behaviour, when he came. The second technician who came later, told me that, it is manufacturing defect due to improper assembly which done at the initial stage.
Could you please inform your team to resolve this properly.

Damaged product delivered dining table
Hi Team,
I have purchased Recliner sofa and dining table set from home centre, where I have received dining table damaged product.
I have called more than 15 times and mails, visited home centre store as well.

Rajesh, I’m having the same problem with home centre. Once we buy the product, they won’t take care properly, which includes the first installation process.

Modular kitchen

We ordered modular kitchen, paid 2.16 lakhs even before the delivery of items. Homecentre delayed the delivery after taking the full payment.
The parts were broken and missing when delivered.
The assembly part was delayed way beyond the date mentioned in the signed agreement.
The drawers provided were faulty and do not function as expected. We have been complaining to Homecentre for more than a month now but getting no updates.

I 'm having worst experience with home center. I have got a wrong product. Raised for a return request and its been more than 18 days yet not resolution. Everytime they raise a new complaint and close it without providing solution. Your app has a mistake which we have identified and let you know. For a king size bed it shows queen dimensions and for queen bed it shows king dimensions. we have seen the image where it was showing 150*203 dimesions and ordered it but the description says king size. we were in the assumption that this product king size dimensions are those only as there are varients in jing sizes. But that clearly a mistake as we got a product of 180*210 which is very big. We raised retun request till now no response. Once team came for inspection and then they closed ticket saying product is correct how come it is correct. we have seen image and ordered 150*203. If your app shows 2 different dimesions for the same product, it's clearly a mistake from your side. It has to be refectified and also product to be replaced.
You guys are litterally torturing us. Because of this product lying in our room, my parents had to sleep on floor in the living room from past 20 days. Do you understand how hard it is for senior citizens to sleep on floor which severe health issues. please take back your product and give us some peace in our life. you are harrasing not only me but my senior parents. I would never ever do a purchase from homecentre in my life. this is the biggest ever mistake i did. I had a very good experience with pepperfry. I should have ordered it from there itself when i had good experience. This is a lesson for me. I would share my feedback across my friends group and social media group so that they should think 100 times before they look at home centre to buy product.

Refund not recived for cancelled items for 4 months

Had ordered for a dining table and coffee table 3 months ago INVOICE NUMBER: [protected] . I had to cancel only dining table because I was shifting my house. I called customer care many times they cancelled and I agreed for cancellation charges. They said they will refund in 30 days. After numerous calls with call center and repeated follow up even after 4 months there is no response. I'm still calling everyday but they only give excuses of 48 hours or IT issue or checking with internal teams. After, escalating on social media they responded that they will issue full refund for the product and I'm attaching the screenshot of the same. Then even after 1 week still no refund is refund. After 15 days we called again to hear that our money will be credited on August 1st without fail same was communicated on social media as well. We had to cancel whole product including cofee table because now they say it's out of stock and they cannot deliver it. We had ordered in April and cancelled in April. It's August and still refind is pending for 50k. Please help us get our money from this fraudulent company.

I'm feeling so annoying to say that we ordered one almirah 6 month back and we got broken mirror inside it that person who came to our place said that he will replace it because its our fault. We tried to contact many times but nobody was responding n We have deposited whole amount for that broken piece but still we didnt get replacement of that mirror...I need to get it fix this issue as soon as possible

Hi, I suppose to get my refund of 45000/- from home centre furniture store when ever I called to customer care support they are saying it will be done in 2 days but It’s been 1 month but no refund has done so kindly look into this issue

Hi Team,
I purchased this mattress(order #[protected]) through the home centre app to use the Rio King bed, which I bought directly from the Homecenter store(purchased one week before the mattress I ordered).
The concern here I would like to highlight is to refund the mattress because there is no purpose in using it now due to the following reason,
• A refund request for the RIO-cot product is accepted and raised today (because the home centre delivered the product is not in good quality and replacement request has been completed, and again they gave the damaged product).
• Hence, the home centre failed to provide a good product, and I was disappointed with how they treated the customer.
To conclude, this RIO cot refund request has been raised today(#55387), and I am requesting you to accept the refund request for the mattress, also where the product is in good condition and unwrapped. I will enclose the product image for your reference.
Kindly review and do the needful.
Note: I am not getting a proper response from the team regarding whether they acknowledged or rejected this request. My request is valid since they failed to deliver the quality COT and are entirely dissatisfied with HOME Center. So I have required a refund for the used mattress, but it is in good condition.

I wasn’t interested and asked for a refund. They said okay but initiated for a store credit without my approval. And now, they are not refunding my amount. I spent 14k and its a not small amount for me

Defective product delivered and not picking up the defective product before 14th March.
Help centre not replying to emails and customer care not giving satisfactory reply.
Why Pick up slot is 20 days after the complaint is raised.
I have a toddler at home and they have placed the defective product cartoons in the living room.
Also I got a mail and message that it will be picked up in 3-4 days which have already passed. This is very unprofessional attitude with customers. My money is stuck and defective product lying in middle of living room.
Daily following up multiple times but getting no replies.

The door hinges which were brought by the carpenter on 3/Jan (which are pending for the shoe rack since 25/Dec) were not the correct product. I tried reaching out to the helpline number and after checking the order ID and details multiple times and then keeping the call on hold for 20+ minutes, the executive (Shabnam) mentioned about sharing the update by tomorrow and that she will personally track this. Order [protected]/Complaint ID 75627, Ref number 1952061 (escalation to warehouse team).When we tried to call Mr Omprakash ([protected]) whose number we received via SMS, there was no answer. Since 4/Jan we are trying to connect with CS executive Anwar but to no avail.

Chest of drawers

Recently we purchased a chest of drawers from Homecentre (at Mantri mall, Malleswaram) in Bangalore (Bill attached). We have noticed that the background colours of the laminates of what we saw in the stores (Picture 1) and what has been installed in our house (Picture 2) are quite different. What we saw has aa off-white background making it look like marble. But for the one supplied to us it is yellow, does not look appealing nor does it match with the other furniture in our house. I have attached the pictures but the contrast is even more than what appears in the photos. We talked to the sales people in the showroom who advised us to write to you. I request you to replace the piece with one with the appropriate colour as displayed in your showroom. Hope you will respond positively to assure good service and satisfaction to your regular customers.

Their person visited our home and took pictures of the piece we bought. After a few days we got a call from their office saying that no action will be taken. When I mentioned again that the colour is different I was advised to visit the centre and have a look at the furniture. Though I told them that I had already visited the shop once again after receiving the piece and talked to the sales people there who advised me to give a complaint and with their permission I took a picture. In spite of this, I was told again and again to visit the shop just ignoring what I was saying. Instead the person who checked the piece we bought should go to the showroom and have a look at the piece there to see the contrast. Photographs do not show the exact colours. And in spite of my request to consider the case again, the complaint was closed without my knowledge. I called again, but the person was looking at the wrong complaint number and wrong e-mail message and asked me to give another complaint. The bill clearly says off-white but we didn't get this colour. They did not take my complaints or requests to replace or take back the furniture seriously. They are adament to admit the difference in the colours. If the colours are the same, why do we spend so much time and effort on this matter? It is highly disrespectful and insulting if they don't pay any attention to what we say.
Recently we purchased a chest of drawers from Homecentre (at Mantri mall, Malleswaram) in Bangalore. We have noticed that the background colours of the laminates of what we saw in the stores and what has been installed in our house are quite different. What we saw has an off-white background making it look like marble. But for the one supplied to us it is yellow, does not look appealing, looks dull and cheap. I have attached the pictures but the contrast is even more than what appears in the photos. We talked to the sales people in the showroom who advised us to write to their helpline. I requested a replacement with one owith the appropriate colour as displayed in their showroom.

No refund yet after multiple follow ups
The issue that I have experienced was: We had ordered a sofa set and dining set on 2nd oct and then next day we cancelled dining set even before the order was delivered to home which was scheduled to be delivered on 7th oct
Home centre guys cancelled it and shared a link for bank details to refund amount.
After that its been months together we have not received any amount yet after literally following up with their customer care spending 1-2 hours every day on IVR customer care.

Wrong product delivered

I had ordered from Home centre for furniture and bed items worth 97, 000 on Nov 6th. We have a function coming by on Nov 18th and they had promised delivery on Nov 15th. One of the products they delivered was not what we orderd. I have raised a complaint by calling their customer care and have not received any text message or email of the complaint number or anything.
They are very adamant and are casually claiming that the product will be delivered in another one weeks time. This is not happening, as they are hampering my reputation. I want to send them a legal notice for taking customers casual and playing with the emotions.

I purchased 3 wooden furnitures from home centre but one wardrobe started catching fungus in the very first month and when complained they would not agree that their product was damaged. There are other products with no issues. The property is newly built so no water damage. Please assist.

I ordered 3 units of the same product.received one unit and other 2 units..no clue.system says delivered..home centre call centre says..not able to track..the delivery boy doesnot lift the call.

Non delivery of products - refusing to send me my products

ORDER # [protected]
I had placed an online order for Rs. 18217/- on the homecentre.in for 11 items. I received all the items except for 2 bath mats. Attached proofs of purchase.
The below 2 products have not been delivered to me.
- Spaces Exotica Tufted Anti Slip Bath Mat (Black)
- Spaces Exotica Tufted Anti Slip Bath Mat (Blue)
I had house interiors (extensive tiling work and the FedEx person, you can check with them, they delivered my items but due to dust and dirt in my house, I didn't open the packages till Friday) and I found out that i received everything except the 2 bath mats.
FedEx tracking number is[protected]. In this package i received a Bedsheet/ 2 sets of Pillow covers/3 cushions & 4 table mats. But both the spaces Bath mats were missing.
Immediately I called the customer care on [protected] and complained about the same.
My ticket # 1540364 was issued by Mr. Syed from the the customer care on Friday, 13th August 2021.
After couple of follow up on Saturday/Monday with the customer care, I didn't get any response.
On Tuesday, 17th August 2021, one Ms. Saba from the customer care - Escalation - Grievance Team calls to inform me that they checked the CCTV footage when the package was being packed and they insist that I as a customer have received the package and there is no fault of theirs.
So basically they have branded me as a liar stating that I have received the 2 bath mats and I have falsely raised a complaint.
I am beyond shocked, as I have shopped for Rs. 18, 217/- and don't see the need to lie for Rs. 1590/-
I informed her to send me the footage of CCTV camera for me to see as I don't believe it has been packed or sent to me. And basically to earn quick money Homecentre team is lying about the same. And passing the mistake to the customer. Show me the CCTV footage with the package being packed with the bath mats and sealed and I will drop this case.
They refuse to do so saying protocol does not allow them to share the footage. Then how as a customer can I believe this lie of theirs!!!
I even told them as I have moved into a new home, they must send one executive of theirs to investigate my place and search for the items. This too they refuse.
I am appalled by this service from Homecentere as I have been shopping with them since 2004 in their Bangalore Store at Victoria Layout. My Customer ID of Landmark Card is 174030 and they can check the amount I have spent with them all these years. Never once i faced such an harassment and i don't need to LIE
I will not accept anything less than a refund or send me my mats - both of them for which I have paid.

I order "Alaska Dining Table - 6 seaters" on 9th July with an order delivery date of 25th July. When I received the order, to my surprise, I received only a table without chairs. When asked I was told it is only a table. When I checked the link online it "NOW" said without chairs, file placing the order it said 6 seaters. I e-mailed the screenshots of the order. After a few phone calls, and pics that the order is still not opened, they agreed for pick up. To date, I am waiting for someone to collect the order and return my money.
