Home Town — Center Table not yet Delivered | |||
I purchased a center table from Home Town " Marathali" Bangalore on the second week of July. It was to be delivered on the 1st of August 2013 . Till now there is no status of the delivery. Every other day when I call they come up with excuses like the product is damaged or delivery will be done in two days. I am fed up and curse the day I decided to buy the furniture from HT. Please dont go to HT to buy any furniture. I guess other names in the market would provide better and non frustrating service. HT : Please check the number of calls that I made to ur Call Center and even filed a complaint # [protected] to no avail. Frustrating is a lesser word... Was this information helpful? | |||

I repeat ..I booked the table on the 14th of July..One month Before. If you guys do not have the capacity to deliver the furniture then you should not have accepted the order.
