I am writing this with high disappointment. I received your 6-seater L shape Winchester sofa today. After more than 20 days.
What a scam you have done with us. What we ordered from your site is completely different from what is lying in my house right now.
1. Sofa seats are nothing but cheap foam covered in fabric
2. The sofa parts are not aligned with each other
3. The base legs are cheap plastic and badly attached with parts coming out.
4. Material is a cheap synthetic material. With saggy back cushions. Whereas on your site it is cotton.
5. There is a huge gap in the sofa and the seats are uneven in dimension
6. The sofa depth was stated as 35 inches but it is not more than 30 inches
7. The leatherette on the handrest is all wrinkled.
8. The leatherette is cut and damaged from one of the bottom corners.

My list can go on and on.
It is such a felony that I have got this downscaled cheap version of what you showed on the site.
I have paid the full price for the product and expected a good piece after so much wait.
When you run a business please have some integrity and do not trick your customers.
I cannot withstand this cheap furniture here in my house for more now.
I want to return this sofa and want my money back.
