I placed an order through the Furny website (furny.in) for an L shaped sofa on 25th April 2023. After repeated follow ups they haven't given me a delivery date. The numbers they have provided are either invalid or nobody answers the phone. They also have a WhatsApp helpline which I am continuously trying to reach but nobody is providing any responses.
Initially I was told that the order will reach me in 10-12 days but it has been more and I have no response or communication at all.
Looking at all the consumer complaints on this forum, now I am worried that they will either not provide my product or will give me a substandard product which is of no use.
