I placed an order through the Furny website (furny.in) for an L shaped sofa on 25th April 2023. After repeated follow ups they haven't given me a delivery date. The numbers they have provided are either invalid or nobody answers the phone. They also have a WhatsApp helpline which I am continuously trying to reach but nobody is providing any responses.

i have tried calling them for more than 100 times, there is no response.

I am writing this with high disappointment. I received your 6-seater L shape Winchester sofa today. After more than 20 days.
What a scam you have done with us. What we ordered from your site is completely different from what is lying in my house right now.

1. Sofa seats are nothing but cheap foam covered in fabric

I had purchased a 4-seater Michalis Sofa from Furny on 16th June 2022. Till date, it has not been delivered. The customer care phone numbers are un-responsive. Even if they pick up the phone, which is rare, they keep promising delivery dates which move forward by a week every time I call them. I believe they are in some kind of difficulty and they are trying to milk as many customers as possible - with no intent of delivering any order....

I had made payment transaction to furny for the above dining set on 15th june 2019 wide invoice no. Invoice# 2019-20/b2c/016. Was told that will be dispatched in 30 days. Despite repeated requests, they are either giving wrong response like giving fake safexpress tracking numbers or not bothering to answer. These days they are not answering the calls. I have ordered 3+1 recliner sofa from furny.in on 2nd may. They have to deliver the sofa by 25th may. After following up for more than 100 times they delivered the sofa after 2 months.
