Furny — Non Delivery of Furniture 6 weeks after Purchase

I had purchased a 4-seater Michalis Sofa from Furny on 16th June 2022. Till date, it has not been delivered. The customer care phone numbers are un-responsive. Even if they pick up the phone, which is rare, they keep promising delivery dates which move forward by a week every time I call them. I believe they are in some kind of difficulty and they are trying to milk as many customers as possible - with no intent of delivering any order.
