Accident policy mein aur chuita bna rehe aur pura claim nhi de rehe 2 saal se farud kr rehe hain sab kuch kr diya maine but koi kar bai nhi kiya ino ne.

[protected] ye mere no hai or iss no pe mere naam pe ek policy hai, jo 2018 me start hua tha or mere agent ki naam hai ameeta Biswal, mere complain ye hai ki mujhe avi tk mere bond nhi mila hai or bond k baare me sahi se jankari vi nhi diya gya hai, starting me mujhe bola gya tha mere pass 1 year ki grace period hai or me jb chahu apni premium pay kr skta hnu but suddnely call aaya ki mujhe premium pay karna hai otherwise mere policy lapsed ho jayega.
I was not capable that time to pay policy. Then next day msg mila ki mere policy lapsed ho gya hai, jo benefit ki bare me mujhe bataya gya tha mujhe kuch vi benifit nhi mila. Mere bond mujhe dene k liye request bhejne k baad me mujhe mere bond nhi mila. So jo vi hua hai totally fraud hua hai mere sath, bohat bar complain karne k baad vi kuch sollution nhi mil rha hai, 35000 kuch choti amount nhi hai mere liye so kindly me request karta hnu ki aap iss complain ko seriously le kr uss agent k naam per ek complain file kijiye or mujhe kuch sollution dijiye. i want my money refund please

      In last month on 11th july'20, my daiwa led smart tv (49 inch), model-4k-d50uvc6n stopped working.

      I register my complaint to the insurance company "future generali india insurance company ltd" toll free no[protected], email - lwg fgi. Ew. And shared all documents related to policy of extended warranty.

      They scheduled a technician visit and on 16th july'20 technician take my led tv along with remote to service center for repair also take 500rs for travelling charges.

      Till today i have raise multiple calls and mail to future generali and local service vendor (Shiv shakti enterprises) for product inquiry they ignored my calls and not telling about my products status.

      Its almost a month by chasing them but no information yet.

      Please help.

        Hello,
        The incident took place on 07/02/2020.
        I had taken the accidental policy of future generali. So i was being hospitalized due to the accidental. After discharge from the hospital, we claimed for the insurance so they asked for all the required documents. As per the requirement, we have sent all the documents to them through maruti courier service on 19/03/2020 to there claim department office located at pune, maharashtra. The claim department of future generali health had received the courier on 26/05/2020. The courier was delayed due to the pandemic situation of covid-19. Almost 15 days from receiving the courier there was no response from there side. So after that, i tried to call there customer care, and there no proper response from there side. Till today have i have called at least 20-25 but every time i am getting the new answer. No one is taking the responsibility of the claim and there is no response from there side. Its almost 4 months but till today i haven't got the proper answer either response from the company.

              I Pradyut nath from panisagar north tripura, in the date of 21/07/2017 one agent came to me and influence me to do this one-time invest policy program for 3year but recent I get to know that I should pay 76000rs every year for 3uear to clam this policy . I dosen't know only that I have to pay this much amount every year, is it my fault sir,

                I am a policy holder no 01393699 i have purchased this for rs 30000. He convinced me to buy this that company will give u 20%commission in first year and rest 10 years u will get 10% commission back and medical and other benefts of sum assured. I am chasing him since more than 1 year. He told that after 15 days I will get the bond paper with all the commitments. And once 15 days completed they don't reply. Later I come to know that I can't even cancel the policy as it can happen only till 15 days. They make false commitment to buy the policy and then completely ignore and not reply as well. I complaint to future generalli multiple times as well about the agents and they aslo ignored. Because they just want to do business by making people fool.

They solved me so many policy's of company 1 company bhartiya axa 2 company exist nsurance company and future generations company policy. On the name of prematurity and bonus reference number. Different company they take from me appromacs 8 lakhs. Fathers generali 9 policy. Exide life insurance company 3. Bhartiya axa company policy 1. And my mobile number is [protected]....

                      I am getting these calls claiming to be from governing body of insurance council, department of insurance and what not, all these guys which are calling from different no. Are having complete details regarding my policy my name, my place, and what not. I have taken policy from future generali and discontinued it for my personnel reasons, but don't appreciate the fact that the future generali have shared my information with these tele agents, scammers and fraudsters. These guys are reluctantly trying to commit fraud and i have also informed the same to the different departments of insurance and future generalli but they have not taken any cognizant action against them.

                      Latest today i got call from [protected] claiming to be one priya chauhan. I don't know how they are getting this information but this is serious offence on the part of the company.

                      Therefore i request both irda and the company future generali to look into this matter and take legal and criminal actions against these fraudsters

                        I have a car maruti ciaz, which is got accident on 1-3-2019 and i went to the posco automobiles for repairing. My insurance policy no. Is 2018-pba32732-fpv. My claim no is cm000432. But the servayour rejects the claim saying that it is has some rust, so we will not approve it. Rust may be come by as its raining in that period. When i talked him regarding all that he scold me and told do whatever, you want to do, we will not approve it. This is very bad behaviour by company. I talked on their helpline numbers but they also wasting my time and not doing any help. Please help me. My phone no. Is [protected]. And save us from these fraoud companies.

                            I had bought car insurance from future generali : policy no - 2018-pba34725-fpv by paying hefty amount rs. 12, 923/- on october 30, 2018 through policy bazaar.

                            After comparing various policies, i decided to buy this policy as it showed me premium in my budget with all coverage. All inputs of no claim bonus and other was done. Even policy was issued.

                            On issuance, i realized they have spelled by surname “rut” instead of “raut”. I pursued with customer care immediately and got it rectified by providing rc copy.

                            Now in january 2019, i received email that i need to pay rs. 789/- towards ncb recovery amount and applicable inspection charges. I immediately called up customer care on january 17, 2019 around 6pm and customer acre informed me that i need not worry and this will be resolved.

                            Now today on january 22, 2019, i receive call to pay the amount else policy will be kept pending.

                            Why??? I have not claimed any insurance till date from any earlier policies, i have given correct inputs while purchasing policy.

                            Such way future generali is cheating with customers by misrepresenting the premium amount while buying policy and then sending such recovery emails to grab extra amount and threatening to discontinue policy. Why should i pay extra amount after purchasing policy.. Let the company give me in writing that they cheat customers by showing one premium amount and after purchasing they start threatening customers.

                                I purchased a health insurance for my son and again purchased a joint medical plan of son and his wife since last 3 years. I did not claimed any single penny, but now my daughter in law is pregnant and we are pursuing for the maternity benefits, the insurance company is refusing for the same and now they are saying this was not included. Then what for we have purchased the health insurance. Either the agent is fraud or company has not clear about the policy. What is the fault of customer who has purchased the policy. At time of purchasing policy, the agent did not made it clear that this is not covered.

                                  and (B) the Sum paid for Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited Rs 159, 465/

                                  (C) On behalf of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co paid to Ecircle Hospitality Solutions Pvt Ltd Rs 1, 66, 300/ ( Rupees one lac sixty six thousand three hundred only) by me and my wife.

                                  All the above are yet pending to be refunded to us.
