Since morning we continue called to your customer care number [protected] but no reply from your side since morning. Only song is going on which is not good .

Secondly we do complaint regarding your product on 8/10/2018 & it has been told to me that complaint will resolve within 24 to 48 hrs but till no single action on that .

Who is look into this ?

    I am a policy holder no 01415486 i have purchased this for rs 30000. He convinced me to buy this that company will give u 20%commission in first year and rest 10 years u will get 10% commission back and medical and other benefts of sum assured. I am chasing him since 5 months when will i recieved the real bond he told me for wait and gave me fruit fool. I have all the whatsapp chat with his number that he is totally a fraud guy. Please take action against siddhath walia. Walia located in cp office karol bagh and jankpuri office i am attaching his picture.

      Dear sir,
      I have taken a policy from future generali india life insurance company limited bearing no.01362536 dt 28-jul-2017 through advisor’s name singhma insurance broker limited.
      The policy seller given me wrong commitment as per advisor he was saying we will provide interest free loan from reliance capital against this policy. After some time when i call in office for loan and discuss with miss sakshi mobile no.[protected] & nikhil no.[protected] & akash no.[protected] till now they have committed the loan.
      Till date i have not got any loan, i have taken this policy from my straggle full saving. Now i have no any bank balance and i am not feeling well by health. My financial position is very critical for investment in for the same.
      Its humble request you to please refund my insurance amount and also deactivate the auto ecs service on which active in this said policy.

        I am indrani dutta complain against my policy no — 01423592 to futuregenerali balligaune branch on 7/04/2018. This policy was sold by me as a single premium by agent. But this is purly long turm. Traditional plan. I an a lonely lady after my husband died i only get her pension so i am not capable any premium furthur this policy. My daughter shyamasree dutya life insured this policy stay in england and she is a citizen of england and last three years she did not come india. So how the policy is issued without her signature. Her singnature was fraud. So i donot continue this policy and refund my entire money. I already inform this company writenlly that agent took my policy bond withen freelooj period so icant freelook. This within 15 days. But. Futuregenerali donot take any action. Thats why i inform irda that i wants to refund my money.

I had purchased a money back insurance policy 01403707 & 01406726 from future generali with reference of siddarth walia who convinced me to give benifits of medical cover and cashbacks from a telephonic conversation i had recorded the whole conversation. I had purchase this on 31-12-17 & 12-01-18 and till now i had not receive any thing related this. I had raised my complaint earlier also then he said we will help you to give after taking a application signed that i had not an issue to continue my policy and now he is not picking up my phone. I am mentally disturbed with this type of fraud.
          I had tried to contact on whats app he is not replying there also.

          He is always talking that do not share any benefits to other employees so i had do this.
          I am not interested to continue in this policy because they had telling lies to sell their policy. I want my money back with interest. I have faced a mental torture from them. Please resolve my issue.

          The customer help care is talking that in any case they are not going to refund my money.

            Should I go to police station.
            Now the company is showing there guidelines but why there marketing cell or agent sell there policy without any guidelines and do fake commitments and promises..they should take action on agents why should the customers suffer please take the action on that person two person were involved ( Rahul singh and Siddharth Walia) Rahul was from Janakpuri branch and Siddharth Walia from Connaught place branch and proceed my file for the complete refund as I need my money asap.
            I haven't received my money yet.. please do the needful.
            No proper response yet received from there side.
            Not getting any response.
            They make my false signature which is a forgery act . please take appropriate action and refund my money.
            They are saying continue your policy for 3 years but I want I money Back as it is a fraud company they make fake commitment and also made my false signatures.

            Please help me to get my money back
            No response received.

            Need help.

              It is to request that the petition was taken by the company through the future generally life insurance company limited in the year 2010, whose policy no. 1061 3490 has been deposited in the amount of rs 9839.00 on regular basis from the year 2010.
              The request was received by future general india life insurance company limited, check no. 070770 dated 11.04.2016, hdfc bank received rs 19678.00, then i felt that this is a new scheme, on 17.09.2016, when i arrived to deposit the installment, it was stated that the year 2014 and 2015 are outstanding and the money which was refunded through the check was ignorant, again in addition to the installments of 2014 and 2015, with delayed charges @ 2632.00.               Sir, when there was no irregularity in depositing the installment by me, please tell that rs. 2632.00 as the delayed fee on which basis and under which rule have been deposited
              Therefore, you are requested to request that the amount is notified in the form of a delay of rs. 2632.00 without any reason as the reason for the delay, otherwise the applicant will have to be compelled to take legal action as per rules, whose full liability is future general india life insurance company limited will have to.

              अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी ने वर्ष 2010 में आपके यहां से पॉलिसी करवाई थी जिसका पॉलिसी नंबर 106 13490 है प्रार्थनी द्वारा नियमित रूप से किस्त भी जमा कराई गई है परंतु आप द्वारा वर्ष 2014 व 2015 की किस्तों के साथ विलंब शुल्क के रूप में 2632.00 रुपये मेरे द्वारा लिया गया व मौखिक एवं दूरभाष वार्ता द्वारा पूछे जाने पर यह बताया गया कि आपकी जन्म तिथि गलत अंकित हो गई है प्रार्थनी को किए गए ईमेल के द्वारा वर्तमान में यह बताया जा रहा है कि स्वास्थ्य स्वास्थ घोषणा फार्म में उल्लेखित न्यू गुड हेल्थ डिक्लेरेशन फॉर्म के लिए जानकारी गलत थी इसी के परिणाम स्वरुप विलंब शुल्क लिया गया है प्रार्थनी आपसे यह जानना चाहती है कि दोश स्वयं का है अथवा फ्यूचर जनरली इंडिया लाइफ इंश्योरेंस का क्योंकि विलंब शुल्क का लिया जाना घोर लापरवाही को दर्शाता है एवं इंश्योरेंस के प्रति मेरे विश्वास को भी कम कर रहा है अतः इसका समुचित समाधान करना चाहें एवं प्रार्थनीय को भी सूचित कराने की कृपा करें।

              To know that the applicant had made a policy from you in 2010, whose policy number is 106 13490, the installment has been deposited regularly by the request but you will be charged Rs. 2632.00 in the form of a delayed fee with the installments of the year 2014 and 2015. Asked by me and spoken and spoken by telephone, it was told that your date of birth was incorrectly marked by the request made to the email It is being told that the information for the New Good Health Declaration form mentioned in the Health Health Declaration form was incorrect, as a result of which delay has been taken.                   This is with reference to accident claim no. Cv863435 under policy no. Hfc87054, vehicle no. Mp04cr5085. As per claim reported and scrutinizing the claim intimation, it is found that the incident of loss 05/12/2017 and the insurers were intimated about the loss on 05/12/2017. Hence there was no delay in the claim intimation to the insurers.

                  But, i submitted the original documents late because i was confined in a hospital and can`t work on this during that time. Being his son i was with him and cannot leave him alone, so on 07/12/2017, i sent original documents to mr. Akhilesh soni ([protected]) srishti motors 57 indore road bypass junction, a. B road, gram rasulpur, dewas (M. P.) 455001, mob - [protected] having pod no. (A[protected]. After sending courier i marked first mail to mr. Akhilesh soni (Hyundaisrishti. [protected]@gmail.com) on 07/12/2017 asking about claim status for the same. (Please find the attachment - screenshot_1, screenshot_2 & screenshot_3. Png)

                  But, mr. Akhilesh soni ([protected]) were intimated about the loss on 14/12/2017. Hence there was inordinate delay of 09 days in the claim intimation to the future generali india insurance co. Ltd. Is violation of insurance policy. This kind of irresponsible behavior is highly condemnable. Moreover it is considered as a willful negligence of duties.

                  Now mr. Akhilesh soni ([protected]) & general manager of srishti motors are trying to take advantage asking rs 7, 000 (Processing fee & parking fee). A customer is not supposed to bear such cost when the claim is repudiated.

                  As per the investigator mr. Manoj dubey ([protected]) revealed in investigation that mr. Naresh kumar kalia was driving the vehicle at the time of accident, but mr. Radheshyam sahu was the actual driver at the time of accident, based on above the claim is repudiated.

                  Hence, mr. Naresh kumar kalia was not driving the vehicle at the time of both the accident because he don't know how to drive.

                  I am mentally frustrated with the series of events happened to me due to srishti hyundai & future generali.

                  Is this the way future generali india insurance co. Ltd. Takes care of their customer?
                  Is there anyone who is going to fix this long pending problem? Or tell me what should i do now?

But due to some emergency in my family i will do free look cancellation of my policy. The amount of rs 27822/- process by company on 1/11/2017 on worng bank ac no. ([protected]) this ac no. Filled by future generali employee mr. Ramakant mahawar on my policy application form. My wright ac no. Is [protected]. There is no any mistakes by me now future generali customer care is not responding of my problem and solutions provided i will go my bank and i will go future generali office i called company customer care many times but now after 2 month no any solution provide by future generali india i request to you please process my amount on my ac no.                       Same kind of misselling/fraud of the policy( no 01368342/[protected] happened with me. they are not ready to pay my refund premium amount as i told them a lot times over mail and call, that this is fraud case happened with me and i don't want to continue with you fraud peoples but still they are not providing my refund amount (90k).
                      Such a fraud group of peoples. Please stay away from these fraud peoples. Never suggest their name to anyone.

                      Every time they are just showing the section no. of the Insurance Act. etc. but why they are not understanding that if we know and understand these acts, then why we go with such fraud companies.

                        This is to inform you that i (Sunil kumar) purchased a insurance policy[protected] money back plan on dated 29/09/2017 from future genrali through their channel partner singhma insurance broker ltd. And i receved my policy bond on dated 06/10/2017. They promise me 40% discount on my first premium but when i got my policy bond they are not responding me. So that i want to cancle my policy and want my money back. I have already submitted all document regarding cancellation in f. G. Office. But they are not responding regarding my money back.

                          Same kind of misselling/fraud of the policy( no 01368342/[protected] happened with me. they are not ready to pay my refund premium amount as i told them a lot times over mail and call, that this is fraud case happened with me and i don't want to continue with you fraud peoples but still they are not providing my refund amount (90k).
                          Such a fraud group of peoples. Please stay away from these fraud peoples. Never suggest their name to anyone.

                          Every time they are just showing the section no. of the Insurance Act. etc. but why they are not understanding that if we know and understand these acts, then why we go with such fraud companies.
                          looking for help .

                            I will give the cheque of this ac at time of policy. And also i will attached this bank cheque copy on this mail please see the attachment. And i will provide the same bank cheque at the time of policy.
                            Please sort out the problem and process my fund in my ac as soon as possible because i need this fund of my brother treatment. Is there any complication or miss happening with my brother is that you are responsible for this. You can also process my amount in my hdfc bank i provide that at the time of policy cancellation.
                            Please consider is on urgent besis.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have already sent a mail i did not get any call or mail from future generali.

                              I am not happy to tell you that your executive's behavior and customer service is not good after taking policy with them. There are lots of conflicts and problems we are facing but they people are ignoring us and they didn't pick our calls.

                              I got 2 calls with different - different executive with different - different number and both are telling me different benefits of same policy cover which i bought. Then i informed to your customer care executive they also tell us benefits. He also confused me about the policy. When i asked them about to cancel the policy then they said, after receiving the documents we can cancel our policy within 15 days.

                              Customer care executive said, you have to pay rs.29500/year for 10 years & after that we will get the benefit next 11 to 20 years and your 2 policy seller said i have to pay rs.30000/year for 10 years after that we will get all the maturity amount in 11th year and everybody is telling me different - different maturity amount. Now yesterday i got a massage from my bank ach debit mandate registered for rs. 31500. Which is shocking for me.
                              I have also informed them to update my address and e. Mail id (Both have been updated), so that i can receive policy documents on my e-mail as well as my address but still i didn't get policy documents on my mail id.

                              So i am fed-up with your services and behavior of your executive. If will take the policy then i have to face 10 years or 20 years which i really don't want. I am not in the town, my family member received my policy documents on saturday (11-nov.-17).

                              Please cancel my policy immediately because i am out of the station for a month due to my office visit. Please suggest is there any online procedure to cancel the policy please tell me, so that i can cancel the policy.

                              They called me but I was in meeting so told to executive that call me after an hour... After that no one call me back, still I am waiting for call. They didn't take any step after that, even they didn't call me back or mail.

                                I have very bad experience with fg insurance. I already confirmed all detail with fg that i am eligible for claim, also got a confirmation mail from fg with all my queries. But when i started process for medical claim and submitted document in hospital than fg denied my request now. Can you please confirm that why you are going back now and not following your words and misguiding to us.

                                  The company doesn't have a proper website to file a complaint and their agents forged the signatures in the policy. I tried to file a complaint on their website which wouldn't let me do it. The company sent some agents to explain the policy and misleads policy members. I have tried reaching the company through email, phone and enquiry form but none of them worked.
