After told him that this no. is in DND why should you are calling ?? the persons reply was “ Me to call karunga hi jab tak aap meri puri bat sun nahi lete me bar bar call karunga aur aapko pareshan karunga ye meri aapko dhamki he aap se jo ho sakta he vo karlo “

We have recently relocated from Delhi to Bangalore, having transported our household goods and materials through Professional Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd., Rangpuri, New Delhi.

On the receipt of our household good, we found that our refrigerator was damaged from the bottom, washing machine damaged from bottom and few other cracks in furniture.

We had made an insurance cover of 1.5 L with them before transportation.

Their supervisor had endorsed the damage and a quotation from the refrigerator company name Panasonic was also sent to the concerned insurer along with the other photographs of damage.

However even after many calls to them they are yet to reimburse the amount which is very meager for them in comparison to the insured amount. The person concerned blocks the call.

1. With regards to your above email that i, ankur tollawala, was treated on opd basis on[protected], i feel that there has been some wrong & misleading information with your office, as i had not visited hospital for any treatment on[protected]. I would further like to state that i had not given any statement stating that domestic accident happened on 01/10/2015.

Company required clafification letter i give them it one time physical and three time by email but company cant process my claim and always answer we are not satisfied with your clarification nw i dnt know how to deal with them. I give latter from hospital and they give me letter

Please help me to resolve the claim for damaged skoda rapid car and policy no 2015-v3979505-fpv. I claimed on 07 may 2016 for my car damage which happened in a recent accident where the front bumper and left side back door got damaged. But the evaluator mr ramakrishna denied to pay the claim as he is saying the no claim bonus is not paid. I have sent mail which is define no claim status from previous insurance company (Bajaj insurance). He approved the damaged in tafe access and when car repaired now he is denying to pay the amount of 40k which is the repair cost of car. When i spoke to him he very rudely answered he can't give approval for that.
My car is in tafe access garage from last 15 days.
Please kindly help me to resolve it as early possible.

I am intimating you that smc ins broker has committed the cheating and fraud with me to the tune of rs 8 lacs and 3 policies illegally issued on the name of zaheer, mohd. Saleem and mohd zuber as policies no. 01283829, 01283732 & 01283936. All the policy holders has given the written complaint within free look period and got receipt of the same dated 10.02.2016 but future general life insurance company officials has not refunded our hard earned money. We have sent the complaint ceo of future generali and all the higher officials of the company and chairmain irda and higher officials of the irda but still no action has been taken and our hard earned money has not been refunded to us. Therefore, without any doubt future generali life insurance company is totally fraud company and doing the highhandedness with us and not refunding our hard earned money.

Dear Sir hum pacl me kaam karte the us time pe pacl ne future generali se type kiya tha to hamare Agent ke liye saal bhar me kuch future generali ka bhi kam karna jaruri tha us time pe bade mehnat se futuregenerali ka insornce ka kaam kiya 2 year comission mila but pacl par jabse complain hui tab se future generali se milene vala comission nahi mila phir bhi hum humare customer ka preimium bhar rahe he to hamare mehnat ka comission milna chahiye

I paid premium of Rs. 15376=00 for 5yrs. Total=Rs.76880=00. for Life insurance policy of future generali saral Anand. Due to some urgent financial need i surrender my policy. so i got only Rs.31220=00. Kindly help me in this matter.

New way of cheating people through Motor insurance policy by Future Generali. First they offer me an attractive NCB and policy is issued without any visit to their center. later i received a letter that u are not eligible for that much NCB.I need to pay recovery amount and since new policy will be issued a inspection will be done for that charges will be taken.Moreover iam living in haridwar and they are asking me take my vehicle to Dehradun for inspection which is 80 KM from haridwar

Hi, I have surrendered my ploicy 00676317 on 2nd dec 2015. As per their norms they should credit amount within 10 days. Even after 21 days I have not recieved money. Please help us to resolve the claim for our damaged Hundai Eon car with vehicle no KA04 MM 3957 and policy no 2015-V3855264-FPV. We are claimed for our car damage which happened in a recent accident where the front bumper and left side door got damaged. But the evaluator Mr Rajesh not approved the front bumper as he is saying the damage is not happened in this accident but the truth is all the damage happened in the same accident. Hi, I have been threated by underwriter like (aapne policy liya to kyo nahi socha ab nahi cancel ho payegi). very nonprofessional. I have mail to IRDA MD AND Mr Rao (future generali CEO AND MD). i NEED STRICT ACTION ON THIS BEFORE TAKING ANY LEGAL ACTION.

My policy number 00598569 i was open this policy before five years ego. from five years i pay 1500/-per month but at the time of maturity they give me 90, 000/- rupees. nothing extra.But at the time of surrender they told me that they will give me at least 1laks 15 thousand.But when the time to came for giving me my money they give me only 90, 000/- along with show me attitude.They also told me that do you want to take it this amount then take it otherwise go.Kindly help me my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I registered a complain and it's more than 48 the surveyor is appointed however the survey is yet to be done. Now when i call today i get to know that next 72 hours is off 2nd oct as holiday and post that sat and sun. This is highly un acceptable; the car lying at the garage with any inspection fine for around a week. This is highly ridiculous and unprofessional. I need this fixed asap.

Hi My dyanand ringne .it has very much bad experience in my life .and my situation too .3 months back I had received a call from( future generali ) stating that k company has financial service which provide loan for those how are in salaried with the average income of 15000th to 20000th the are giving a loan with 0% rate of interest in a faver of becoming a policy member with future generali . Then I asked a the person name how I am I speaking to he said Mr vipul from loan department of future genrrali I said it seems very risky to trust you bec .without any security which company provide loan he convinced me by saying that they have a tied up with (RBI) and some retail business industry through company has enough of rotation business and earning is very good so the company has lonched special project .in market where they provide lone on insurance policy not other documents .any how I got convince.by heim so I got interest to carry forward and to take a loan he request me to pay rupees 90000th its due to making a morgues on company after making a payment the bond will be sent on postal address after receiving a bond date the loan amount will be process in 20 days to my account .my loan required was 9lack so he said within a month of range amount will be credited to me and on annual base I can clear my dues till 5 years But bladdy he dint turn up again but lot of calls ware came to get details and every call was made through different numbers and names too .at last I made a payment of 80000 th on future genarali life insurance pvt ltd I made a Demand draft pay to them but till now 4 months has been done no payment have done several time I gave calls to agents they made lot of story .now finally I am going to register a complaints. To ( C B I) bec.these should not happen for others till the end I will be back to revenge and I will fight against these .humble request please don't involve in such calls or becom a victims of these kind activities Regards.
