Future Generali — My policy lapsed though I have paid my premium on time

For my Future Generali insurance Policy Number 01629188, I paid monthly premium and premium payment date is 8th of every month. I have no previous payment due and it use to deduct automatically. Due to change of rule I paid Oct and Nov months payment online and manually. I paid Oct 2021 premium on 11th Oct receipt number 16090268 and paid premium for November on 7th Nov 2021 acknowledgement number TQ1012738 .
Today I got another SMS that my policy is lapsed.
I have taken this insurance to minimize my risks but due to this situation I just not lost the insurance it caused me huge financial loss.

Please log this email as my formal complaints. I want my insurance back.
