This is a complaint regarding Bajaj ‘Sandwich Toaster’, model Majesty New SWX3 (Price Rs.1049). It was purchased from Big Bazar Noida on 18/09/2014 (retail Invoice No.0002297, Tr: 22791). This product is useless product as it does not bake the sandwich properly. It remains partially baked. I took the matter with your manager at Noida retail outlet from where I had purchased it, but he advised me to contact ‘Service Centre’. When I contacted, a representative (Mr. Mukesh) from Bajaj Sevice Centre checked the toaster on 12/10/2014 at my residence. After examination, he told that this product is designed for this baking-level only and cannot do better. He also told that he will recheck from Bajaj, but did not inform me. After long await, now I am filing this complaint to the management of BIG-BAZAR to address the same. Please note that in my opinion, this is a sub-standard product and it is not meeting our needs. Hi,
Thanks for your response and calling repeatedly. I regret for your inconvenience, as we were out of station since last 15 days. We went for pilgrimage for a fort-night. We have returned now only. With regard to my complaint, please make a note that I have received no feedback from Big-Bazar and the Manufacturer.
I will appreciate, if you interact with them again to address the issue in my favour. We have not used the toaster since then, because it does not bake the toasts adequately. According to company representative, who visited my house to check it, the toaster is working as per the design/ specification and therefore, he cannot do any thing. Please appreciate my point that a customer can make a complaint only when he uses the product and that a substandard product must not be forced on to the customers.

      I had visited Big Bazar outlet at V3S Mall Laxmi Nagar New Delhi on 12th October 2014. There I saw a normal Kadhai into display shelf costing Rs. 399/- and picked and moved towards billing counter. The lady standing aside stopped me and asked to take a packed piece for convenience in billing rather taking an open piece for display. I trusted her concern and accepted the packed piece in good faith and got it billed vide INV No 0811152 which was of the same price shown in display. While I reached home and opened the packing, the Kadhai given to me was a different product i.e. Induction Kadhai rather I chose a normal Kadhai for purchase. The sales team at the outlet has sold me a different product without bringing it to my notice. I want to get it replaced for a normal Kadhai. Please contact me at the mobile no [protected].         I purchased one hair dryer hp 8/112 from future BIg Bazar Centre Square Mall Cochin with displayed offer for 750 and MRP 995, But when i checked my bill they have billed Rs 995 it self for the product, I immediately Telephoned the t of Electronics division on phone number[protected] and they replied that they forget to remove the offer rate card by mistake, That poor guy told me that he is ready to pay back from his pocket, I humbly denied that and requested him to inform his showroom Manager to make the refund amount from the firm itself, Even they are not ready to accept their mistake and apologise.

          I bought a sweater from proline for a friend which didnt fit. So I wanted to return it. I boutght it on 17th Oct and returned it on 21st. these are the issues I have; 1. There is not refund. (what if I didn't live in this country) 2. I was given a credit note with a validity of 30 days.(even shopper's stop gives 6 months.why the restriction?) 3. The credit note is only valid in the same store.(whats the point of having multiple Centrals if credit notes are not valid in them.This mall is quite far from me, some flexibility would be good) 4. I cant buy gift cards with a credit note. (what if I need to leave the city? what will I do with a credit note from that store?) 5. The representative at the counter was outright rude. when I asked if I could speak to someone else he almost yelled at me. There were other people there. I completely resent being treated like that.For all you know I will never step foot in that store for the kind of behavior I had to deal with. Online store are giving refunds left right center. I wasn't even asking for one. all I wanted was for the credit to be valid in other stores. I have shopped with central multiple times before, this was my worst experience ever! I'm not going back there.

          Hi,

          Yesterday at BigBajar during payment BigBajar guy came and introduce my future pay wallet, I created account first transaction of 2500 was not completed due to some network issue so I did another transaction of 2500.
          However after 1 and half hour I got the message that my future wallet got credited 2500.

          As first transaction was not completed due to network issue, I called the customer care and ask to void the first transaction of 2500 and mentioned by mistake tow transaction happen, however they denied by saying that that is not in future policy.

          I called my credit card customer care and they said merchant should void the transaction if that happen by mistake for similar amount.

          As Have rights to get my money because that happen by mistake, Future group must declared void one of the transaction which shown network issue to me and not gone through at the same time. .

                Sub: AN EXPERIENCE OF BEING ABUSED AND THREATEN BIGBAZAR MAXUS MALL OUTLET With extreme disappointment and displeasure, I convey to you my experience of being abused and threaten to harm physically at the big bazaar, maxus mall, bhayander west outlet by employee name Mr.Amit Garge department manager at the customer Support desk.On 12/10/14 at 10p.m.when I ask him for my previous shopping's (bill no.0042332 dated.23/09/14 of 3532.77) outstanding voucher of rs.200. I was immediately met with rudeness and aggression. He gave me gali in hindi'chutmarike' jyada power mat dikha.bahar nikal yaha se.tere jaise customer nahi chahiye.bahar chal dekhta hoo tuje...etc.The store manager also took his side and harass me verbally.but when some other customer gather and my wife intervene Mr.Amit garge inresponsibally leaved the place without apologize me. I was humiliated and incredibly angered by this behavior. Someone with such poor people skills and a lack of common courtesy should not work in customer service. I would like this issue to be addressed immediately. I would also like a verbal and written apology from the person.last time on 6th oct 2014 also he being rude and told that jab cal kiya usi din aana chahiye na abhi voucher nahi hai.meri jeb se doo kya 200rs.etc.and then told us come on or after 12th October 2014. After these incident immidiately Me and my wife leaved the trolly which we shopped(shopped bt not bill, incident happened before billing) for almost 2hour spending in big bazaar for diwali shopping.such a wastage of time on my weekly off. These is to informed every customer that how retail employees are treating customers.I thought kirana shops are better where illiterate shopkeeper's have more courtesy and customer service than so called retail giant's mannerless employees . I'm requesting consumer complaint board kindly give me support and guide me to take appropriate and disciplinary against Mr.Amit Garge, store manager chandrakant and entire future retail group.

                  I had been visited Sealdaha Bigbazar on 9.10.14 and bought two shirts. At gate two person impressed me for taking one SIM card and show me profit .I had not photo and xerox copy for the documents with me. They helped me for doing xerox and also clicked photo there. They provided me a SIM card ([protected]). Today is 14.10.14 and four messages have been come to me that form is submitted but documents is not submited .                       kid shoe P & B 23 NV RD FOR RS. 349/- was purchased from pimpri outlet vide tr. no. 42407 on 5-10-14. Due to manufacturing defect and small size it was returned for exchange. but the Asst.store manager refused to exchange without quoting any reasons. Complaint was lodged with customer care mumbai vide no. 7039255 on 9-10-14. even though approached a number of times, with the promise to call me by pimpri outlet, but in vain. Hence requested to resolve the issue as early as possible. The attitude of the manager Mr. KAILASH was very bad and poor customer relation.

                            Sir, yesterday (08/10/2014) I had purchased one 1 kg Amul Cheese block from Satara Road, Pune branch of big bazaar. The price on the block is Rs.342/- and there is a discount of 5% of it in your mall. But your mall wrongly priced the cheese block Rs.357/- in the bill and gave 5% discount (Rs.17.85/-) on this price, and billed me Rs.339/-. I immediately contacted the customer care desk at the mall but the staff refused to accept the mistake and refused to take the right price. I request you to look in to the matter and refund the excess money charged to me immediately.                               I have a BBPC card and it showed expiration date of 10/10/2014 and when I went for shopping on 30/09/2014 but I did not get the mentioned offer because of system issues at the store but when I was called to shop on 02/10/2014 I was denied as no monthly balance but available balance showing as RS.2555.62 called customer service and went to 2 outlets for assistance. it has been over a week no resolution received as of today. Please assist and do the needful.

                                I visited big bazaar Z-Square Mall Kanpur on 7th oct 2014 for placing order of Philips HD 2647 4 Slice Pop Up Toaster which was viewing on your website shop.bigbazaardirect.com at Rs 719/- so i confirmed the order 90 units and it was also confirmed that the amount was to be paid next day. on visiting 08 oct 2014 they back out with the product that the quantity was not there and lesser units can be delivered and after waiting for long time they denied that the authorities have denied delivering the product. This is very unethical and unpractical as one should not back out with the commitment which they gave. I needed in Bulk Quantity. I wanted to buy many other things for the diwali but seeing this type of behaviour I back out. So it is requested that to see to the matter and solve as they may be doing with other customers also.

                                  I had purchased Godrej Yummies French Fries from Big Bazaar Chinchwad Pune twice at different dates, but to my surprise both the times when I opened the pack french fries were with fungus on it and uneatable even tough they were well within the expiry date. This is not acceptable from Big Bazaar at all, I considered it as a one odd exception first time but when it happened again for the second time, there's nothing I could do other than raising a concern. I have purchased the similar stuff from other locations as well but never faced the issue, How can the same product can give such results repeatedly specially when purchased from Big Bazaar.                                         We had got our bathroom done from Home Town few years back & even then it was THE MOST FRUSTRATING experience. In any case, at that time we had got the bathroom enclosure, with tub. Since it had started leaking from sides, we thought of getting the enclosure fixed on floor. Home Town sent the technician after few repeat calls. This person took visit fee, money for purchasing material. In the meantime, we got the base made, as required by him, for fixing up the enclosure, due to which the bathroom is out o[censored]se. It is now more than two weeks, & this technician is not coming. We phone him up 10-20 times a day! He responds once. Every time he is giving some or the other reason-he has gone out of Delhi, death in family, shops closed so could not purchase material. Etc. etc. Surprisingly, Home Town says our complaint is closed. Every time we point it out to them. They assure to correct it, but don't do it. There is no monitoring of complaints by Home Town, no caring for customer unhappiness, or inconvenience. I would like to give 5 star rating to Home Town, I.e. NEGATIVE 5 STAR if it is possible. I tried to lodge complaint on Future group site too just now. At the end, I was asked to punch in a no. Seen in the picture. I did that & some screen appeared saying about some error. Nice way to avoid registering of complaint by Future Group!!
