I ordered a pair of blue sneakers from fynd app on 13.12 2017 of rs771 from my mobikwick account and cancelled it on 18.12.2017. It was told to me on 28th december that i will receive my refund within 5-6 working days but till now i have not received my refund and neither any update of my refund or product
And now when i am trying to contact the customer service they are not receiving up my calls... And every time when i chat with them they say that my money will be refunded within 5-6days but i have not received my refund yet.
Please help me
