I have placed an order and returned it in october, 2018.
After few days of return, the item disappeared from orders tab and i dint get the refund amount.
I have logged a number of tickets for the same and its very annoying.
Its been more than 4 months and no proper solution, everytime they say return is processed but my bank could not track any transaction.
I dont recommend anyone to buy from fynd. Such a pathetic response and management. Was this information helpful? |
