I used paytm offer of gaana plus and get 3 months subscription. To get this offer i have to give my card details. Since then i am checking how can i unsubscribe and disable auto-renewal. I am not able to understand why users have limited access. Why we do not have option in gaana app either for disable auto renewal. Every app has these options for users. (Ex. Amzon prime they even refunded the money in 24 hours if you want to stop subscription after renewal also they have option in settings such as stop auto renewal and remove account if you wish) gaana aap is worst. I have already emailed them regarding the same they replied saying
Please note that once you redeemed the voucher, you were then redirected to the payment page where you had to put in the card details. It was clearly mentioned that "you will not be charged first three months", and also on the payu payment page you can untick the option for "save card for future renewals".
This is clear cheating. How saving a card give them authority to auto deduct without informing. Also not giving option to cancel the subscription any where. To even cancel i have email them even then they are not doing anthing regarding the same. Was this information helpful? |
