I have Gaana premium account, my account reached device limit and when I'm trying to remove my old device, Gaana doesn't support removing the devices, there seems to be some sort of but in their development. I'm not able to remove my old device neither from Android App, nor from web interface.
I have created 4 service tickets on the same issues, the support webpage just shows that the ticket is created but doesn't give any ticket ID or reference to track, and I'm not receiving any confirmation through email.
I have already faced this sort of issue earlier as well, still Gaana didn't worked on this bug and now they even stopped supporting their subscribers. Was this information helpful? |
