[Resolved]  Gaana.com — gaana + subscription

On 19 dec 2017 i have subscribed one month gaana+ at rs.99/- through gaana.com application. I have paid the amount through debit card. Now, on 18.01.2018 and 18.02.2018 the same amount has been deducted from my debit card which i did not do these transactions. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent and how come you have my debit card details without my consent.

We regret the inconvenience caused. This could be due to your subscription set for auto-renewal so it gets charged every month. When you subscribe through Paytm or Google mode, your subscription goes for auto-renewal and gets renewed on the renewal date.
