[Resolved] Gaana.com — login issue with gaana app

Hi, i am facing a login issue with gaana app where i am unable to login with my credentials. I have reported this issue on 25th of november but still today the issue is same. After taking continuous follow ups for almost half a month i am still at the same position as i was before. Hi sir
I purchased a gaana 1 year subscription coupen on paytm today but when I enter on go to setting and entered in coupon section they saw plan is lapse but that email I got that said plan is valid till march 2019 please solve this complaint.
